I needed a ballast for my laundry room fluorescent fixture. CES had it in stock, and the price was lower than Amazon. Picked it up and installed it the same day the old ballast failed. No laundry in the dark for two days waiting on a delivery van to show up.

Sean took great care of me and manager had amazing customer service. They were able to help me out in a major way!

Just called and received terrible customer service I called inquiring about an electric cord and instead of asking someone who might know for help or at least trying to the immediate response was…IDK I’m not an electrician…as your employed by an electrical supply store. No knowledge if what your selling? Make it make sense.

Walked in this morning with a capacitor in my hand I walked in. I said good morning. He looks at me with that stale look I said do you got one of these?he said I don’t even know what that is. I said it’s umm it’s a capacitor!!! He gave me that look like he has no clue what this is and you work for an electrical supply company???? First and last time I go there what a joke

Worst customer service! I asked a simple question, worker rolled his eyes and said that’s all we got. I asked another question, all he said was I’m not sure. Super annoyed the entire time. As a business owner myself, these people really need training or maybe to be replaced. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve encountered
