We would definitely recommend JT and Smoke Alarm Squad for replacing smoke alarms. Their website clearly lays out all of the costs which are reasonable. He was on time and professional. He replaced all the smoke alarms in our 23 year house with 14 foot ceilings. There was never any attempts at upselling at all. Quick and Easy.

This company was great! I called and J.T. the owner came out right away and was at my place within 45 minutes. My smoke detectors were chirping and I couldn't reach them on my vaulted ceiling. J.T. discovered my detectors were around 15 yrs old and some were not even working correctly. He explained my options and an hour later I had all new detectors installed at a fair price. I will definitely call again if needed.

From my call to set up an appointment to the day of service, I have experienced top notch service! I highly recommend The Smoke Alarm Squad! J.T. is professional, knowledgeable, polite and most of all warmly friendly. He came on time, asked us some questions, gave his recommendations and did the job without any mishaps; even vacuumed up a small amount of dust that fell when he changed out one of our alarms. Both my husband, who is a retired firefighter and myself really enjoyed talking with J.T. during the visit. We would not hesitate to highly recommend J.T. and the Smoke Alarm Squad, to anyone who wants fair pricing, good quality product, and efficient, friendly service.

JT is the best! He had previously come out to my house to replace the batteries in all my smoke detectors. While he was there he advised that the detectors were old and would need to be replaced. I had just had them replaced 2 years prior by another company but they gave me ones from 2013 so they were on the verge of needing to be replaced in a couple of years. My detectors went off at 1:00 am ( isn’t that the way it always happens?). The fire department came and removed them so I could at least sleep. I called JT the next morning and he was here the following day. He is honest, reliable and an all around nice guy.
The price he gave me was the price I paid no hidden fees. I would highly recommend JT if you need anything done with your smoke detectors, from batteries to full replacement, just give him a call you won’t regret it!

Do not recommend. Makes fun of clients who do not agree with his politics and posts on his other profile names on social media. Terrible and likely dangerous for some human.
