My experience with Ascent couldn’t been better. Jordan is prompt, polite and extremely hard working. Highly recommend

My attic was super hot and they responded quickly and installed some vents on short notice.

Jordan completed a solar panel wash/recondition for me, at an affordable price! I would use him, and his technically superior equipment to get a like new shine on my 5+ year old solar panels!

Thanks Jordan!

Awesome roofing replacement! Jordan and crew did an outstanding job for a very fair price. Very professional and personable. Would highly recommend Jordan and Ascent Construction!

I have came across this company when I was searching to replace my house roof tiles damaged by a storm. Below is my experience working with Jordon:

Would like to say thank you to Jordon for his work and getting the things really quick. He is very professional, accommodative and patience enough to listen to our concerns and fix the things.

Thank you once again Jordon for your great work!

Amazing to work with and very professional. They will take care of you and do great work, would give them 10 stars if that was possible.

I recently used Ascent Construction for a repair job on my roof. Jordan, the owner, came out immediately after I contacted them. He did a thorough inspection of the roof and actually took me up there with him to point out areas of concern. Having worked on roofs in a past life, I could tell that his concerns were legitimate and honest.

Jordan was extra communicative, and even helped to walk me through the insurance experience when filing for roof damage due to wind (did not end up going through insurance). When it came time for the repair, he gave an initial quote that I thought was fair and actually lowered it when the invoice came due. These were just a couple examples of his integrity & how Jordan went above and beyond for no other reason than wanting to help.

I highly recommend using Ascent for any job. You are dealing with professionals who truly care about your experience.

Jordan and his crew did a great job with repairs on my roof. The fixed some real problem areas in under a day!

Ascent gets things done, on budget and on time. Great people, working with integrity.

I had a great experience working with Ascent Construction regarding roof tile damage. Jordan was timely, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to assess the issue thoroughly and provided a range of options to address the problem, which I really appreciated. It’s clear he cares about helping customers make informed decisions. I’d definitely recommend Ascent Construction and would work with them again in the future.

As a real estate agent it's necessary to have excellent trades people to refer my clients to. Jordan and his company have been just that. I hired them for a job at my house (installing a couple attic fans) and have also referred them to several clients and had great feedback from everyone. Jordan communicates promptly, shows up for the job on time and finishes when promised. If you are looking for a professional experience at a fair price, you are at the right place!

I've been a realtor for several decades and unfortunately involved in numerous transactions needing roof repairs. I have also been a homeowner of numerous homes both as my primary residence and rental properties. I usually don't take the time to do surveys however, I feel Ascent Construction deserves my comments. From start to finish, Jordan demonstrated a level of professionalism, knowledge and respect rarely exhibited in business these days. There were no surprises or cost adjustments from initial estimate and he kept me informed of progress from start to finish. From a retired veteran and realtor, I would highly recommend Ascent Construction for your roofing projects in the Phoenix area.

Jordan was very personable and professional. His ideas on ways to address a bird roosting issue were well thought out and have proven to be effective. He completed the repair and spike installation quickly and the final invoice came in $300 below the original bid. I highly recommend Ascent Construction and Jordan for any project you may need completed. I feel integrity is an integral part of their business.

On 8/25/25, unfortunately my very large pine tree fell onto my home during a storm and it damaged my garage interior, and roof. I reached out to Ascent Construction and they were able to come by the next day to assess the damage and give me quotes. In the end, my home insurance covered everything, but even before I found that out, I felt that it was much more reasonable than I anticipated. The pricing seemed great, and everyone I've told about it who works on homes for a living told me it was a great deal as well all things considered. Even before I committed to moving forward with them, they offered to help cover up my roof some more to prevent further water damage until I'm ready to proceed. And hint, it definitely stormed again since and further damage was prevented. It even started to storm again while they started the repairs, but they were efficient and able to work around it and took the necessary steps to seal things up as much as possible prior to huge rainfall. My roof looks as if nothing had happened now. I hope I don't have roof damage again, but if I do, I look forward to working with Ascent Construction again.
