They came right away when I was not getting any cold air. My house was extremely hot as the record temperatures outside were on the rise. Extremely professional and very knowledgeable! Look no further! Frank and AZ comfort pros are the real deal! We have been working with them for about a year or so. They were transparent about our unit eventually going out. Last week the unit finally died. I was shocked by REASONABLE cost and honesty from Frank as well as how fast they were able to get us a new one. His crew is very professional and clean. I believe Doc is the name of one of the installers and he is nothing short of amazing. 6 stars for AZ comfort pros. Nice to know we have a solid HVAC guy.

Frank was on the roof and had not only the bad unit open but also the working unit. He showed me the difference between so I was comfortable accepting the diagnosis. Az comfort had the Manufacturer on the phone and the units compressor covered by Trane before he left. That was Cool.
