Gilbert was very knowledgeable on what he was doing with our ac & heating systems. He took great care of what he was doing, for example he put on shoe covers before walking through the house. He helped me understand my thermostats and a couple other tips.

The technician was polite, knowledgeable, and tidy. He was patient with me, explaining all the issues I had questions about. He told me I did not need a couple services I thought I did. I found that trustworthy.

Mike, Chance, and Gilbert provided excellent customer service. They took care of me like I am a part of their family, and explained everything to me with patience and detail. After walking out to a leaking water heater, I called Rite Way (formerly Plumbing and AC Medic), and they came out same day to provide a quote. Decided on a tankless system and was very happy with the process of arriving at a fair price; no pressure, very professional. What I was most impressed by though was the politeness and professionalism of everyone on Mike’s team. There were 5 or 6 gentleman who came out to the house over two days, and they were all extremely friendly, responded to questions with thorough answers or “yes/no sir” and did very clean work. I highly recommend! Also having them service my AC units because of the positive experience. Thanks in particular to Gabe, Devon, and Justin!

Todd Collins did an awesome job cleaning and inspecting our water heater. He carefully explained all recommendations as well.

Rite Way installed AC Units for us a few years back. We also had a new filter system installed that eliminates me changing the filters once a month. This last visit was to swap out the filters. The tech was on time and completed the job quickly. Communication was good prior to the visit.

Came out same evening to check out issue with water heater . Replaced old with new early the next morning. Kind and courteous. Efficient and clean.

Todd Collins made a service call today and was polite and professional . We had a significant leak from our toilet and he diagnosed the problem very quickly. In addition to making repairs and getting our toilet operational, he replaced a valve on an additional toilet as he felt it was in need. He made recommendations and explained different options for us. We made plans for future work in the new year and will request Todd for that job!

Miguel came to repair a small issue with an HVAC unit we had installed in October '25. He was fantastic. Highly recommend Rite Way!

I like to thank Justin Thomas and Staff for the phenomenal service he provided to me as a new customer with Rite Way on today on my tankless Hot water tank I see that Justin Thomas is dedication and commitment to assisting customers as myself and patient in answering my questions. Rite Way Phoenix continues to be an excellent Plumbing and AC company for us. Today we had to replace our garbage disposal, our Tech Braden Roberts was fantastic! He has stellar customer service and is extremely knowledgeable. He did a great job educating us on proper maintenance and usage, not only with our disposal but other plumbing aspects of our home. We feel confident that we are in good hands with this company.

Braden came to check a potential plumbing situation in my bathroom. Thankfully in the end there wasn’t a plumbing issue but Braden was great about explaining everything. I will absolutely call again for plumbing needs in the future.

I am very pleased with my experience from Rite Way Heating and Cooling! I called for an appointment and spoke to Melissa who was friendly and very accommodating. She was able to get me a same day appointment. Eroy from Rite Way called to let me know when he was on his way to my house which allowed me time to get other things done. He diagnosed the problem with my AC unit quickly and had the part to get it fixed rite away. He was kind and courteous and took the time to answer my questions. I know who to call next time my AC goes out!

Jeff did an excellent job! He was very knowledgeable and thorough job for us. We will definitely be asking for Jeff again if we find ourselves in the need for plumbing work in the future.
