Logan from the Utah branch has been helping me out a lot with my HVAC needs. He is very responsive, organized, and very friendly. I have used a lot of hvac companies in the past and love the service that Logan with Tropical has provided. I highly suggest them for any hvac needs! They will take care of you and will definitely find the best solution to whatever your needs are!

We recently had our evap cooler fixed by this company and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received. They were extremely professional, great communicators, and provided fair pricing. I called to schedule Tropical to come out to evaluate my air conditioning and they were very quick and flexible around my schedule. I also really appreciated that with their inspection they included pictures and explained everything so I could make decisions. Tropical Air is my go-to now because I trust that they are honest and easy to work with!

I've been using Tropical Companies for a few years for my business' facility in Queen Creek. Having used them before and always getting a fair response with knowledgeable personnel was a big plus. I went to operate my home A/C 4/16/22 for the first time and it was only blowing room temperature air. I contact TC and they got a technician out the following week. He made was able to determine the issue as well as point out areas of concern. I had an estimate within hour's and they were back the next day to do the work. A/C works great, the price was fair and I don't have to sweat through the summer.

So glad we chose Tropical Company for our new AC/Heating system. From the moment we asked for a bid to the time the system was installed, the customer service was outstanding. Quality work at a great price with outstanding customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service. Great job & Thanks!

Put in a work request and it only took them 2 days to come out! Shawn was very nice and personable. I needed a new thermostat and it only took a little more than 20 minutes. Very efficient, very kind, 200% would recommend!

First experience with Tropical Companies and it was EXCELLENT! They responded quickly to my request to have my AC looked at, came the next day, and fixed everything. I love how the tech took the time to explain everything he did and why it failed. This is the first AC company that has sent me pictures of the items that were faulty along with pictures of what was replaced. The transparency is so valuable and hard to find in this field. While latest service by you was preformed months ago in the Spring , I will advise you that our A/C has preformed excellently during all the extremely HOT days we have experienced this summer. Our unit is 16+ years old.

Tropical serviced 2 units at our home and cleaned out one condensation line.
