Xbuilt replaced rotten and improperly installed metal valleys and tile on my apartment buildings. Not only did they offer a very competitive price, they completed the multi month job with out any complaints from tenants or flat tires from roofing nails.

I would recommend Xbuilt over and over again.  From day one they were the complete professionals.  They said what they were going to do and they did what they said.  I had the estimate the day after the initial meeting.  Once signed, the materials were delivered, and the crew went to work.  Courteous and respectful. My home is over 4000 sq ft and they had the demo done in two days.  They gave me a time frame and it beat it by several days.  Randall and Derek are very responsive and respectful.  5 out of 5 stars.

I recently had my roof replaced by XBuilt and I couldn’t be happier with their prompt and courteous service. My roof is a foam roof where they have to use a spray on application. Their team did an outstanding job of tarping off the surrounding areas of my house to protect it from any overspray. They went above and beyond by also removing an old satellite dish mount and patched the area for me. Due to the wind, it caused a delay in the job getting done but XBuilt went the extra mile to take down the tarped areas so I could enjoy my yard that evening. The team showed up early the next morning with smiles on their faces, retarped the house, and finished the job. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. XBuilt exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services. Thank you Randall and Derek, you have an amazing team!

We were in the process of selling our townhouse in Tucson when X-Built was hired to rebuild many roofs in our complex. Derek Richey went out of his way to attend to details that were critical to our buyer. Derek was always available by phone or email. Derek ensured that the repairs on our roof were completed to our and our buyers satisfaction. The repairs on our roof were completed in time for our closing.

While working on our apartment complex, one of the workers accidentally backed a trailer into my (wifes) car. I didn't even know about it, until the owner of the company came knocking on my door.

Randall (owner) explained the situation. And let me decide how to move forward. Randall was patient with us, and he was very responsive when I wanted to communicate. He took care of the financial obligations. He made sure that my wife and myself were happy, despite the circumstances.

Never got a single bad feeling about him; he proved himself to be a Man of his Word.

Had a microburst take about half my shingles off. They were quick to respond and kept in constant contact throughout the process. The new roof turned out perfect and was completed in no time, the rest of my street still had tarps on their roofs. Communication skills are on point the team acts appropriately and maintains a professional demeanor. Although we’ve not had any warrantees needing to be called upon, I have zero doubt in the future if I ever needed anything Randall and his team would be there for me. Highly recommended
