Mike and I met several times during the quote and design phase to answer all my questions up front. Their team did a very nice job and we are extremely happy with how the final results.

Being new to Arizona and a first time inground pool owner, I needed my pool heater checked. I can't say enough how easy it was to have someone come out, check my heater unit and explain everything in laymen terms....They will be the first one I call for future when needed.

These guys are a rarity anymore. I went through 2 pools companies, including the company that built the pool before finding Catalina. Mike and his team came in, found all the problems, fixed, re-plumbed, re-wired and and got the pool looking awesome. I can't say enough about their attention to detail and commitment to do it right!

Mike and his team did a superb job from demo, retile, pebble, decking, and of course budget! I would highly recommend this team if you live in Ahwatukee.

Michael came out and helped to get our pool ready for swimming. In addition to getting our pool back in balance, he taught me what I needed to know to be able to take care of it myself. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of my questions and walked me through the things that I had no clue about. I have NO hesitation recommending his services.

Awesome customer service! Michael and Carl are really great and if there is a problem they fix it. I have them do several updates/upgrades to my pool and each time the work is done on time and on budget and it's done right! Two thumb up.

Mike and his crew are fantastic. I was out of town when my pool pump at home was going out. I called Catalina Pools. And Mike had me a new pump installed and pics. Installed a new variable pump. They are wonderful with customer service and very knowledgeable.

Michael at Catalina Pools is amazing. I called several companies to come give me a quote on replacing my pool pump because the company that maintains my pool gave me a quote of $1600. Michael came out and told me to call the pump manufacturer to first see if the pump was under warranty. It’s wasnt, but since the warranty had just recently expired, the manufacturer offered me a new pump at a deeply discounted rate. The new pump was then sent to my house, and Michael installed it for $100 less than what my own pool guy quoted me. All in all Michael at Catalina pools saved me over $900 by telling me to call the manufacturer and then installing the pump for me at a very good price. I highly recommended Catalina pools and will be using them to maintain my pool going forward. Thanks Michael!

Michael and his team completed an entire backyard remodel for us - redid the pool floor into pebbletech from plaster, tore out old tiles and put in new tiles, and resurfaced/repainted our deck. They also poured concrete to extend our deck and did an awesome job with that. The work performed was excellent! Our pool and backyard are so much better and we go to Catalina pools for general repairs now.

Catalina is reasonably priced, professional, and did a killer job! I highly recommend them for pool remodels.

Thus is the second time I have used Catalina Pools. First for new tiles and now for a new filter. Great job! Reliable, quick to respond and show up. I will continue to use Catalina for all of my future projects.
