Our jacuzzi step had a 24 inch by 6 inch chunk of pebble sheen come off of it. Raphael, the pool technician, went out of his way to fix it. He had to first match up the pebble sheen by having it be recreated because our color was no longer available. He then did a terrific job repairing it. It looks great!

Great service! Highly recommend. Joni in the office and our tech Brandon are professional and great to work with. Lots of problems with our 20 year old pool/jacuzzi. Quotes to fix are reasonable, and work done is always A+. Thank you for all your hard work!

These guys are great. I was out of town longer than expected and came home to a dark green pool, and a broken pool filter/pump. They are very responsive, professional, polite and did a great job. They made a point to not only tell me, but show me everything that was wrong and gave me different options, pros and cons. Their pricing was also very fair. If you are looking for a pool service you can trust, has great service and fair prices, look no further. Couldn't be happier.

Rick was great! We’re rookie pool owners and he came out to help us figure out a small issue we were having. Rick was very thorough and patient with all of my questions. Gilbert pool service has been a delight to work with all of the staff are friendly and nice I will use them again. They came out in timely manner and did repaire pool has been running great since.

I bought a new home and wanted to get it ready for winter with a new heat pump. I called 3 different pool companies and Gilbert was the least expensive, ($1,250 less) and seemed like the most knowledgeable. Rick pointed out issues that the other 2 guys didn't notice. Apparently the previous owners replaced the motor with something that wasn't code within the past year. Rick pulled out a electrical meter and showed me that this prior pump was using 2,170 watts per hour and promised he could install one that would use less than 5,600 watts per day at 16 hours a day. Rick also felt the motor was replaced due to it sitting in a sink hole and probably burned up from being flooded during the monsoon. When the job was complete, everything looked so clean compared to before and the new pump was sitting up higher than ground level on a concrete block.
Once the job was complete, I signed up on Gilbert's weekly plan which turned out to be a smart move regardless of paying $10 more monthly. The new service guy spends a lot more time than the 2 minutes I was use to from the prior service and I no longer have yellow fungus growing on my walls that I was told was normal from the prior guy.
I almost didn't use Gilbert because of their reviews but my daughter has a business and 95% of negative reviews come from employees who were too lazy to work and customers who try to use the review system to get out of paying a bill.

We had Gilberts tech come out to repair are filter. Turned out it needed filter clean. Brandon was able to do that repair right away and our pool is up and running beautifully. Thank you Gilbert pools for your fast and friendly service.

Had Gilbert pools fix my pump problem. They did an amazing job and there technician Brandon was able to answer all of my questions. I will be setting up weekly pool services with them. I'm very impressed.

Our pool had multiple issues with broken filter and very poor water quality. Called GIlbert Pool Service and Repair as I used them at our prior house. Brandon the tech was out the same day of the call and was back each day until everything was repaired. Pool is operating great and water clear. Brandon communicated the issues well and the bill was right in line with what he quoted me the first day. I would certainly use them again for future repairs.

We have had our pool serviced by Gilbert Pool Service LLC since 2021. Overall have experienced GREAT service and is AFFORDABLE. If we have questions/concerns, they do well to answer/explain thoroughly and in a timely manner. Don is great! He comes out weekly and always goes above and beyond. If there are anything concerning, he goes out of his way to pass along to us. The company also lets us know if Don is not available and follow up. We appreciate the continues support that this team provides us. In regards to the negative comments/reviews provided to this company ...not at all what we have experienced in the 4 years of service. Not to mention that there are a few customers that posted under the wrong company. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND GILBERT POOL SERVICE LLC!

We recently completed a full pool remodel, and the experience with Gilbert Pool Services was fantastic from start to finish.

Gilbert subcontracted the remodel to Fiji Pools while managing the entire project, and the coordination was seamless.

Brandon from Gilbert handled the project management and some of the setup work. He was invaluable throughout the process - thoughtful with design guidance, spot‑on with material selections, and consistently offering great advice. His follow‑up and follow‑through at every stage made the whole remodel feel easy and well‑managed.

The remodel itself was a big job, and every crew involved delivered excellent work:
- The demo team
- The plaster crew
- The glass bead and PebbleTec team
- The tile installers (we absolutely love the turtles!)

Everything came together beautifully, and a lot of that credit goes to Brandon for keeping all the moving parts in sync.

I bought a home in Gilbert and was unfamiliar with pool care in Arizona. I had received a flier from Gilbert Pool Services so I called and asked them to schedule weekly pool service. There was no mention of a contract and I was never asked to sign one. I also asked to have someone come and assess my pool equipment for replacement as it was about 14 years old and was a sand filter. I wanted top of the line with the ability to control the system from my phone. A gentleman came to my home and looked at the equipment. I later learned he is the owner. I was told service would start on Saturday and continue every Saturday after. I did receive estimates and opted to install the Pentair VS Superflo and Intellicenter system. My main problem was with the pool service. The first Saturday came and no one showed. The owner came out after I called and did the service himself. After that I watched for the service person to come and the guy must have run in to the yard, signed the card and ran out because I would literally check the pool and it would be dirty, no chlorine but there would be initials on the pool card. At least one more time the person did not show up. Meanwhile the installer struggled with the Intellicenter and I genuinely believe he had never installed one before. I was getting estimates in my email for things I never asked for like resurfacing the pool. I had to say, "hey can we just get this first thing connected please?" Finally he worked out the kinks and I paid the company but I asked to stop pool service immediately. The woman at the office requested I email so they had my request in writing. I did that. Then they sent me a bill for another month of service. I called and she said we had a "contract" for 90 days of service. Most unprofessional company. Just choose someone else.

I asked for an estimate. When their service tech came out. He insulted me by saying I was not maintaining my pool and I was backwashing too much. 2nd he carelessly looks around and leaves without giving me too much detail about why he denied me service. Then the guy leaves. This is the 5th pool company we've called and it seems most of these so-called great comanies want large sums of money and are too afraid to do real blue collar work to get the job done for their company name sake. If you see my post, keep looking for a real honest pool company because these people surely are not it !

This is not a good company. I am not even sure they come out to check our pool. We never see a pool technician. They are supposed to come the same day every week. NOT TRUE. We gave them a chance to correct and it was not corrected. We will take our business elsewhere.
