Exact Construction and Restoration did a fabulous job rebuilding my parents' Arizona room! They had sewage overflow from the toilet. After the necessary demolition was done, Krystal, the estimator, got an estimate to us quickly, made changes we requested immediately, and checked in with us regularly until the work was completed. Craig, the project manager, took changes in scope in stride, kept us informed of next steps, and was always cheerful and friendly. Madison, in customer service, ensured we were satisfied with progress and got answers to any and all questions. Madison, Krystal, and Craig were delightful to work with! For a variety of reasons, we needed the job finished by a certain date; miracle of miracles, Exact pulled it off!

This restoration company is amazing. Came out on a Sunday for an emergency visit and has always worked around my crazy work schedule to provide excellent service. They also show such kindness and compassion for the situation in which this damage occurred. Mitch was my manager and was absolutely amazing in explaining everything and working with me so well. Jeremy is the first person to come out and did the work to mitigate the water damage. He was amazing and even sent updates to me regularly while I was at work including pictures so I was always in the loop. Would absolutely recommend working with this company :)

I have never been so pleased with any construction company until EXACT.
All personnel were respectful of their client's time and emergency situation.
Jason the guy who was assigned to lead the construction at my property was very professional and accurate with his timeline to finish the project.
His group of people assigned to do my floor, kitchen, painting etc did an EXCELLENT job to restore my place to look better than it was before the water damage.

I am very pleased , and happy.

Exact is amazing. I have had to use them a few times now.
Most recently, we had a slab leak scare (luckily it wasn't!) and Jeremy Santa Cruz came over within minutes of my call and did a full sweep of the house looking for any potential water sources. Checking for moisture in every single place we could have issues and recorded it all just in case we had to involve insurance. I couldn't ask for a better company that cares about their customers!

Exact Construction has been fantastic! We are so grateful for their help with getting our home put back together and immediately knew we were in great hands when we met Krystal and Stan. They have been excellent with communication and are a pleasure to work with. This company has been absolutely great to work with. They have treated our place just like they were repairing their own home! Stan has been great to work with and Drew too! They go above and beyond to get things repaired and back to its original state! I can’t say enough good about them! Thank you so much for your professionalism! It has been a slow process but everything was done right! If something was done not quite right they came in and it was repaired right away. I highly recommend this company. We had quite severe water damage and it looks all new again! Thank You!! And thanks to Stan and this company again!!

I really enjoyed working with all of the staff on both my projects through Exact Construction. I started my projects with Tate who was great to work with and very responsive. Then i got assistance from Krystal who went above and beyond to help me with all my many questions and concerns. Ryan worked on our projects and was easy to communicate with and responsive. Shelley the office manager was friendly as well and helped with the financial side of things and explaining it so i could understand it all.
I appreciate everyone helping us and the people who came to do the work were kind and friendly and talked to us as they worked throughout the process on both projects. Thank you all so much!

The team at Exact was nothing less than amazing when we experienced a home flood. Krystal was especially eager to help us out and her knowledge and experience is unmatched. My name is Bonnie and I have had the greatest person ever come to start my renovation of my bathroom. I contacted Exact Restoration and Renovations about a leak in my bathroom. Jeremy Santa Cruz was the first person I met, and from that first day he came and carefully guided me into what was needed to be done. He faithfully called every day before he came to give me is estimated time of arrival and told me what he was doing. I was amazed how efficient and skilled he was and he was so meticulous in cleaning up anything, i cannot say enough things about his expert work, diligence and most of all, his patience in explaining step by step the process, and always with kindness and a smile. I had a great experience working with these guys. They turned my nightmare into something manageable. Jeremy handled the water clean up very professionally and kept me updated until everything was dry. Then Tate, Krystal and Jason handled the reconstruction with great communication and explanation of the whole process. Exact saved the life of my very old mobile home guest bath after an unexpected flood. Insurance sent out a number of people, but Exact (Tate) was the most thorough in his anticipation of my questions and explained everything as I'd never experienced something like this before. My husband passed away unexpectedly a few months prior to this so I was on my own. Despite some insurance delays, Mo (great guy by the way!), my project manager, put together an awesome team completed the work in 1 day and I am beyond pleased. I would use them again and happily refer them to anyone in need of construction, remodel, or restoration services.
