Without a doubt Red & White is one of the best appliance service companies ever experienced.

Very nice mom and pop appliance repair shop that specializes in high-end appliances. I highly recommend these people. They are very nice and definitely deserve your business.

We had a refrigerator issue right before leaving town. We appreciate they found time in a very busy time to call back and then come and check on the problem. We are thankful This company is honest and professional

I called several places with no luck, even getting anyone to answer the phone. Left messages,and no return calls either.
Then, I got the number for Red and White Appliance Service from a friend. I called them and they actually answered the phone!
They were able to schedule an appointment only a few days out. They called ahead to let me know they were coming, so I wasn't wasting my whole day waiting for someone to show.
The tech was friendly and professional and knew the equipment. They took care of my needs at an affordable rate.
The only drawback was that they no longer serviced Miele appliances.

I called red and white appliance because they were recommended by one of my subcontractors. Being a contractor, I thought I can build a rapport with them and use them on future projects. They quoted me $175 to diagnose my U-Line undercounter fridge. They inspected it on a Friday and the tech said I'll get a report by Monday. Well.... Monday came and went, so I called Tuesday and still no report..... instead I get an estimate for over $1,200. So naturally I ask for the report (that I paid for and still don't have) and part numbers. Well still no report, and no part numbers? Why would I pay over$1200 and not have proof of the parts being replaced. Hell.... I can't even check to see if I'm getting screwed over. Very unprofessional, I'm calling my credit card tomorrow and starting a dispute.
