Our Tech was on time, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He did an amazing job! Our carpet smells fresh and clean and feels like new. The base boards and walls were not trashed with chemicals as has happened with other cleaning methods. Would definitely recommend this company and will use again.

My service person, Mike, was professional, patient and friendly! I snoozed as the carpets were cleansed and woke to what felt like a brand new home❤️

EXCELLENT Job!! I couldn’t be more happy with the final product. Technician was very polite, explained all of the options and didn’t pressure me for things that were not needed. We had Nick perform the services on behalf of ZeroRez. He was so polite and knowledgeable about the rugs. My two dogs have sensitive stomachs so a lot of times they have accidents which cannot be helped. Thanks to ZeroRez and Nick’s hard work the rugs look fantastic. Couldn’t be more pleased.

I am so happy with my experience with Zerorez. A wonderful young man by the name of Andrew was my technician he did an amazing job. My couches are spotless. My carpet is spotless. He took his time. He was thorough and I could not be more happier. I’m actually going to do a few more rooms in my house regarding the carpet next week or maybe the following and I’m going to request Andrew again. I had 3 rooms and a hallway carpet cleaned today and it looks and smells so clean. We had some ugly spots, but those are gone now. I wasn’t sure if it was possible to get them cleaned but Josh did an awesome job. Josh was right on time and even early, which is rare these days. We got the 3 rooms special which was a great deal. I will be using Zerorez again in the future and recommend for your cleaning needs.

This was my third or fourth time using Zerorez to clean at my home. Easy to schedule and good communication ahead of my appointment. The technician was punctual, friendly, and efficient. He did a great job, very pleased with how well my carpets cleaned up.

Cody did a great job cleaning our tile. He was very clear on what we could expect. Some areas were just too stained to get the grout cleaned to the point of looking new. But most of our floor looks like it was just installed. Overall, we're very happy with the results.

The carpet tech (Cody) that arrived to clean our floors did a fantastic job. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Furthermore he ensured that he cleaned up afterwards. He was not a pushy salesman but did offer tips on how to keep carpets looking better moving forward.

Joshua was absolutely amazing! He was able to add four couches to cleaning my carpet and did an absolutely fantastic job. He went above and beyond cleaning everything. I’m so very happy.

I would give six stars if I could. We have used two different carpet cleaning service services before and zero. Rez is the best yet. Friendly staff, easy to make an appointment, the representative showed up exactly on time and was very pleasant. Highly recommended.
