Replaced my water heater tech was very professional

Andrew's was so helpful. They responded right away to my problem. The tech. Nathan was professional and explained what the problem was. My hot water is working again. Their prices were also reasonable. Fortunately it was not major this time.

Had my ac replaced by andrews refrigeration, technicians are knowledgeable and had my new unit installed and running in a few hours. Referred them to my family and had their old unit swapped out for new energy-efficient ac units.

We’ve used Andrews Refrigeration for the last 15 yrs. They are an honest and reliable company. Technicians are always friendly, they fix the problem and leave, don’t try to sell you the gimmicks. Definitely recommend.

We had a leak and the location was not obvious but there was water under the floor. We called and Ethan came out quickly after hours on a holiday weekend and diagnosed the problem and made the repair. He responded right away and did a professional repair. He explained the issue to us and we appreciate his sense of urgency and professional workmanship. Would definitely recommend!

I greatly appreciate all the work that Andrews Electric did. We were selling our home and needed a brand new electric panel, GFCI outlets and had a faulty outlet out back. We wanted to protect our first-floor condo from building plumbing backups, so asked for a plumbing work order for 3x check valves on our bathroom sinks. The Andrews technician gathered the parts, worked an issue with one "problem" sink design, and completed the work without delay. We received a good value for this rather medium-large investment and home improvement.

Ethan at Andrew’s is amazing! Knowledgeable, trustworthy, kind and incredibly responsive! We have had nothing but excellent service from him and Andrew’s.

I am happy with the work we received and they worked with me on another issue that came up, and when we were in a real jam with the walk-in heating up and we have 100+ pizza doughs in there -and the heat makes them rise, they were on their way and worked until it was figured out. Good people and the Tech was sharp too. Jet's Pizza-Peoria recommends Andrew's for the work and integrity.

Our house sewer was overflowing we called them late at night because the other company we normally use wasn't available until afternoon the next day. They showed up within 2 hours during Superbowl weekend, and took care of our issues. I highly recommend them.

I recently had an HVAC emergency that led me to need a new unit installed in my home. I had several companies in the valley come out and gather information to compile quotes for a 5-ton gas split. Shane came out and was detailed and checked things that the other companies didn't. It was refreshing to have someone explain the whole process and care that there would be no issues with the install, products, or the safety of my home and their personnel. Great job, Shane and all of Andrews. I feel better knowing you care about your customers and service quality. You were detailed, honest, and your integrity puts you above the rest. Had my heating unit go out. When other companies wanted to charge me an after hours fee for the weekend plus over time. They were able to come out and repair my heating unit and got the unit up and running same day with out all the crazy extra frees everyone else charges! Great experience. My tech that was sent out to my home was Isreal and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of my unit. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I recently experienced an issue with my AC unit and reached out to Andrews AC. I was impressed with how quickly they responded and scheduled a service appointment. Darryl arrived promptly and immediately got to work diagnosing the problem. He was incredibly efficient in identifying the issue and explaining it to me in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated his professionalism and how knowledgeable he was. The repair was done quickly, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Our AC is now running great, and I was very satisfied with the fair price for the excellent service we received. I highly recommend Andrews AC and especially Darryl for their prompt, efficient, and high-quality AC repair services!
