Red Rock Air is always professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Red Rock installed a new AC unit in 2022. We have a maintenance plan for the AC unit. Every appointment has either an email or text reminder and provides a time frame when the technician arrives. Chad is always professional and keeps all areas clean. I highly recommend Red Rock Air for your air conditioning and heater needs!

So far so good. Came out on a saturday for a broken AC. Great communication. I need to buy a new unit and the price seems fair. I'll update after install.

I needed a mini split for my garage and I had about 5 companies come out to provide quotes. Their pricing was very competitive and they provided about 5 different options which was nice. I ended up going with a Mitsubishi system. They did a great job installing it and went the extra mile on the install. I will definitely be using them again in the future for my ac needs.

Red Rock Air LLC has always provided me with the fastest, best service and value for my money. They are extremely professional and have correctly diagnosed and repaired all of my issues the past 4 years. I have them come to do checkups and preventative maintenance every fall and spring. When it comes to heating and air conditioning, I will never go elsewhere!

Chad and his team are always great. They do great work, friendly, informative and the new installed Trane units are keeping us more comfortable while costing us less per month than the 20 year old Trans they replaced. Great company!

*Highly recommend* Red Rock Air LLC !! Our 6 yr old air conditioner started to blow ‘cool’ air intermittently and I kept having to turn off/on each zone! I Called my neighbor (as we all have homes that are 6 yrs old) asked who she used when this happened to her. She *highly recommended Red Rock!
The service was immediate within a day as requested, and the part that needed replaced was checked to determine that it was still under warranty. 2 Days later CHAD had our AC running cold! Thank you Chad, and we are grateful for a reputable, knowledgeable and honest company!

Had Red Rock Heating & Cooling install a new heater in my cabin last year and they (Chad & Allan) did a great job. So I had them come out for an annual check-up and they ( Allan & Joey) were on time, very friendly and courteous. Thanks Red Rock!

Red Rock did such a great job installing a new heater in my cabin that I hired them again (CHAD and ALAN) to install a new mini-split a/c unit. They had quite a lot of physical work to do for the installation. It involved trenching for a separate electrical connection and building a base for the main section to set on. What impressed me the most is how professional the installation looked. All wires and tubes were placed with precision. After the installation was complete, Chad took the time to explain how to operate the system which came with a remote control. Red Rock also has a maintenance plan that I am purchasing to keep my cabin operating in tip-top shape. I highly recommend Red Rock Heating & Cooling!
