Huge shoutout to Carlos and his team at Impact Plumbing for doing an excellent job fixing a slab leak at my place. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and really knew what they were doing. They explained everything clearly, showed up on time, and got the job done right without cutting corners. You can tell they take pride in their work. I had a broken hose bib and I wanted it fixed quickly. I called around and Impact gave me the best time by about 2 hours. The price was right and it looks great. Would recommend to friends and family.

Super responsive, great communication and helpful. Very easy to work with, and a comfortable team. Due to a tempermental water heater, they came out several times, and quickly replaced the unit once it finally decided to didn't want to be repaired.

I had both my toilets back up at my dad’s house while he was in the hospital. The customer service was off the chart. They were able to come out the same day and even arrived early. Carlos did a complete inspection of the situation. He walked me through the process of what he would be doing to fix my issue. I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of Carlos and his assistant and impressed with their customer service. The time he took to explain everything to me step by step was appreciated. I would recommend and use them again.

As always, Impact plumbing correctly diagnosed the problem with my leaking kitchen sink; my old garbage disposal. A new one was purchased and installed with no problems. I appreciate the thorough clean-up job that is done before leaving. Great job!
