Nick was very nice and helpful. I went in on a Thursday to look for a gas dryer. But u told him I could not get it till Friday. Went back on Friday and he remember me and the one I wanted. Then he helped me to put it in my trunk. Again Nick was very nice helpful

We had to buy a new washing machine and the staff at A-1 Ted's Appliances were very helpful! Based on our size restrictions for the washing machine and how much laundry we wash, they recommended a good GE and it works very well! A-1 Ted's Appliances is a local small business, veteran-owned, and has been in Glendale, AZ for about 30 years I've found my new appliance store! Thank you, guys, you rock! An online company had sent me the wrong auger for my ice maker. We took it down to A1 and on short notice and almost closing time to see if they could do anything. They quickly figured out what modifications needed to be made to make it work and took care of it right then and there. Charge was very reasonable. They stayed open after hours to complete the work. My 1st time to use A-1 and will never go or call for home service anywhere else for any appliance needs as long as they continue giving such top notch service!

Excellent customer service from Nick. My husband and I purchased a refrigerator from here yesterday, and we are very pleased with our experience. They are very personable and helpful, and we are happy we chose A1 Ted's Appliances for our purchase. If we ever need anything else, we will definitely come back.

A very good value on an otherwise expensive used washing machine we needed ASAP. The appliances are tested by a trustworthy person on-site. Easy access for loading (he loaded it in our pickup 🛻 by himself!) - limited parking however.

Great place to buy used or new appliances! Customer Service is Amazing and if that appliance breaks.down. Kevin will come out and fix it himself. Both He and,His Sons who own Ted's are fantastic owners,andxGreat people as well. If you Iivw in Phoenux or Glendale and need an appliance You can do no better than A-1. Prices are fair and will not kill your bank account.

Went in to ask about testing a washing machine motor that I was having issues with & Nick tested to make sure that is what I needed. And sure enough the motor was bad. Purchase one from Nick & got home to install & washer is like new again. Best Appliances sales & repair business I've been in. Thanks Nick

Very good customer service! I walked in right before closing, and after explaining I was there to price washers I was not sold a washer! How amazing is this, instead A-1 said they would be able to fix my washer, and even did it same day! Even though it was right before closing hours A-1 still didn't turn me away for another day. In addition, the tech was very personable, and informed us of how to maintain the longevity of our appliances! A-1 could have just sold me a washer to make some money, but instead they provided me with great customer service!

Kevin came to service my refridgerator today, he was GREAT! Super friendly, was here when he said he would be, very knowledgable, overall great guy, fridge fixed quickly and efficiently. Sales person was very polite and answered some of my questions.

Extremely responsive and answered all phone calls quickly. I had to replace my in wall oven, stove top and microwave. The very next day after I called I had Nick and Kevin come over and swap out the old appliances with the new ones. They did an excellent job and left the house better then they found it. I highly recommend Nick and Kevin. Good honest professional workers.
