Miguel and his crew were professional and got our install done efficiently. They even vacuumed up the carpet under the work space in the ceiling when they were done!

Once upon a time, we needed a new AC. Efficient Air installed it and life was great for 2 years. Then there was a bulging ceiling. Turned out AC was a bit sweaty and something was amiss with the drainage. Bobby relentlessly diagnosed and addressed all the issues and Angel did some fantastic drywall repair. Sometimes things need a little tweaking and I was very happy they were able to help. Great team!

Our air conditioning unit stopped working, and the temperature upstairs quickly rose to 86°F. We called at 8 a.m. to schedule an appointment, but the only available time slot was between 4 and 8 p.m. We decided to go ahead with that option. Around 12:30 p.m., I received a call and text notifying me that Jonathan was on his way. He arrived much earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise! Jonathan was very knowledgeable and friendly. He identified the problem quickly and accurately. I highly recommend Efficient Air.

AC went down as usual in AZ, called around and got a less than 2 hour appointment from Efficient Air at 5 P.M. Jacob showed up, polite, professional. He allowed me to ask many questions. Fixed the AC and was gone in 90 minutes. So glad to see young people starting in the trades and excelling. Great company. Would recommend.

Efficient Air was dispatched by my home warranty. They made the appointment promptly, even with it being the middle of the busy summer season. The technician arrived during the scheduled window and let me know when he was on his way, as well as an ETA.

My technician was Cody and he was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and quick.

Jacob, Jonathan and Lennie are great from the office. They were very helpful and educational in regards to answering our questions and walking us through the process. They showed up within and hour of calling at 6pm because our AC stopped working. It was 116° that day. DJ was able to get the AC up and running and scheduled our replacement unit to be installed the next week. Miguel and assistant were very friendly and polite. They got busy right away and were finished exactly when they said that they would. Great communication, showed up when scheduled and cleaned up everything nicely. Highly recommend.

Kyle Crawford was amazing! He arrived right at the beginning of the scheduled time, asked questions to assess the problem and quickly went into the attic to research it. He was efficient at finding and fixing the problem, with pictures of the before ABs after of his work. Kyle was personable, knowledgeable, professional, and most of all very helpful. I was impressed with his work ethic at a job well done!

My experience with this company was outstanding. The company returned a call on a Saturday and were able to get me on their schedule Monday. The technician Cody was very knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Cody!

Efficient Air responded quickly when my home warranty provider scheduled them for a service call. Johnta, the technician, was professional and courteous. He thoroughly investigated the issue and also performed a system tune-up.

While there was a misunderstanding regarding a part that was installed, I contacted management and they handled it with professionalism and fairness. The general manager listened to my concerns and we reached a resolution that reflected good customer service. I appreciated how promptly they processed a partial refund and followed through with their commitment.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the outcome and the way Efficient Air handled things. They stood behind their work and treated me with respect, which I value highly as a new homeowner. Thanks again to the team! You will definitely requested for any future repairs too!

Jacob from Efficient Air performed the annual maintenance for the furnace prior to the winter months. He also did a quick check of the a/c compressor main functions. In our case, everything was good and no further maintenance needed. We do belong to the annual service plan which includes two visits. This company is very good at what they and are very thorough and honest.

My lower unit quit blowing cool air. My home warranty sent me Efficient Air. Appointment was easy to make..had to wait 4 days..not to bad for an AZ summer. My technician was very nice, he diagnosed the problem quickly. He got it running without any issues. I would recommend! I was glad to hear that the company was also out of Buckeye. I like to support our local businesses. So far so good..bottom floor is cooling down .

From the first, this company has been professional, thorough and efficient - which can be tricky when going through a home warranty. We worked with Andrew, Jonathan, Miguel, Manuel, Renee, Andy and DJ. All of them were great and there was never a 'hard sell' for our new ac unit. They stuck with us after a tricky installation to make sure everything worked properly and gave us their word that they would take care of us for the life of our air conditioner. Their follow up has been terrific.
