Phay Plumbing provides excellent services and I would highly recommend them. I called Michael at Phay Plumbing early in the morning and on the first ring he picked up the phone. Michael is highly professional, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only that he walked me through the troubleshooting steps over the phone, he came over within minutes to resolve the problem and he did not even charge for the service! Michael is a game-changer in AZ Plumbing industry and I would definitely use his services again.

Michael was fully prepared to come out and fix the issue himself but opted instead to guide me with some clever tips over the phone. Contacted Phay plumbing & spoke with the owner Michael that was kind enough to come out that same night after his already busy day. He explained in our initial call that he would come out for a free estimate & if he was able to fix the issue (leaking laundry valves that were beginning to cause water damage) he would repair it right then & there. Thankfully he & his coworker were able to replace the valves, fixing the issue. They took the time to answer all of our questions & give us all of our options. They were very nice & easy to work with, well priced as well & will absolutely be using Phay Plumbing Services again. Always appreciate a company that offers a free estimate & that is accommodating to a time sensitive issue such as a leak. Highly recommend Phay Plumbing Services!

Phay Plumbing is an exemplary company that leaves other companies behind. The quote was reasonable and the work exceptional. The quoted price did not change even when they had to do additional work. Communication was the best I have had with a company and contractors. The office staff was friendly and took pride in their company. The contractors called daily with updates and were always on time, clean and professional. They took photos during the work and explained each process as they completed it. I would definitely recommend Phay Plumbing.

Michael came over same-day to unclog my kitchen sink. He’s a very honest guy who is knowledgeable in what he does. It felt like a friend came over to help with a problem and I really appreciated that. I will be using Phay Plumbing for now on.

We were in a pinch with some kitchen plumbing concerns hours before our new kitchen cabinet remodel. We called Phay plumbing and were helped with a live person right over the phone. And then they came out to replace what was needed. They showed up promptly and even showed us what he was doing so we could do it ourselves in the future if needed. That kind of customer service is hard to come by these days. Super friendly, fast and efficient. We were thrilled with our experience and I saved his number in my phone so they’re my first call next time we need a plumber.

Very pleased with their service! The owner answered on a Sunday and scheduled me for the next day. They arrived promptly and were informative throughout the whole process of clearing out a serious clog in a pipe. Both Mike and Jake were incredibly friendly and showed integrity that I have never experienced before with a plumber. Well done guys and thank you! Phay Plumbing is a total 5 star plumbing company. They are knowledgeable, quick to respond (they came out on Christmas Eve on very short notice) and have very good pricing. We found them by chance after our old plumber retired. We will be only using Phay Plumbing for the future. They did water softeners for us, reverse osmosis at several locations, adjusted all the tankless water heaters, and chased down and repaired a lot of other plumbing issues. They can handle any project, big or small. I talked to the owner, Michael, at length and he is a family man, proud small business owner and total professional. He has other guys that work for him (Jake is one guy we also really like) who are equally impressive. Plus, they are veterans!!!!! I can easily recommend them to anyone.

He uses high-end equipment, offers better prices than the big companies, and truly cares about helping people. Highly recommend!
