This company is reliable and easy to deal with. Scheduling is open and accommodating for my needs. The repair man that shows up is always professional and knowledgeable. They always make sure to ask me if I have any other problems that they can take care of and I like that. This company was referred to me and I’m very happy with that referral and have been a customer for about four years now. I will continue to stay a customer with this company. I am happy with the service.

They installed my water softener a year ago and did a one year tune-up recently. Donte did a great job on both calls, he explained what he was doing. He was prompt and professional. They are very responsive when I contact them with questions.

Outstanding service, honest, reliable and efficient. I continue to be pleased with my plumbers from Spartan Plumbing. Today’s job was to replace a stripped hose bib. ETA btwn 8 -12 noon. 9:30 AM arrival, job completed quickly with outstanding quality. Set an appointment on Sunday and Glen was at my place on Monday morning. Got a text 15 minutes before he got here. Super efficient and on time. Great service and efficient. I highly recommend Spartan Plumbing Solutions.

I had Spartan Plumbing Solutions replace my water heater. Glen came out checked my original, gave me a fair price, snapped a couple pictures to ensure the right equipment was ordered and scheduled the install. Just a few days later he came out to install. I am the type to hover around any handyman or service professional doing work in my home so I imagine, in general, they often find me to be a bit of a bother but, it's my home and I work hard to keep it nice so I like to understand what is being done. Glen never once made me feel like I was bothering him. He took time to answer every single question I had and was very pleasant and professional throughout the hours it took. He relocated my shut off valve which was buried behind the old water heater to ensure it was accessible in the future, talked to me about the maintenance I should do, and of course, let me know they were only a service call away if I needed help. He helped me feel confident in the install and that I'm perfectly capable of regular maintenance even in the confined space that houses my water heater. I highly recommend Glen and Spartan.

Donte came out and replaced the filters in my reverse osmosis system and told me how it all worked. Very cool guy and it felt like I had a friend over doing it for me. Great service!

Spoke with Katie mid last week to see about getting a tech out to replace 2 bibs. She was able to get me scheduled for a day that worked best for me! Donte was the tech that completed the work! Super awesome guy! Overall great first experience. The reviews drew me to pick this company and I'm glad I did! Highly recommend their service!

Donte was our plumbing tech. He arrived on time, fixed our bibs and double checked for leaks in short order. His work looked very clean and tidy even though there was not a lot of room to work with. I would use Spartan again if we have additional work for sure.

Donte showed up after I received a text saying he was approximately 15 minutes away. He showed up shook my hand and took care of what he came to do. Very nice guy. I think the price was more than fair and I think me may have found our plumbing company for future work
