He did not have to do anything, and charged me nothing, while spending time teaching me a lot about my irrigation and meters. And he drove nearly an hour to assist me. Darren was the greatest!

These guys were prompt, professional, and were able to find the leak quickly, considering it is all underground. It's amazing. They did not waste time. The price was reasonable especially considering I would have never found the leak.

Darren and the team from Leak Busters comes with my highest recommendation. Never good dealing with a leak in the pool but Leak Busters came through with professional service, great diagnosis and repair recommendations.

Leak Busters came out to help us with one issue we were having with our pool and were actually very helpful advising us on other issues we were experiencing. They were thorough in the inspection they were doing and didn't waste time.

I had a leak in my pool and no clue where. Leakbusters tested the popups, skimmer, leveler and found where the problem was. The team is super knowledgeable and great to work with. Not the cheapest, but I do believe you get what you pay for.

Ryan came out, explained what they were doing and was very quick. Explained what they found, and what timelines I needed to be aware of. The great thing is they put my mind at ease and KNEW that is why I called them. I had water level dropping in the pool and couldnt figure out why. They addressed my concern, and while I will have some expensive repairs in the future they were good about explaining how to mitigate the same from getting worse until I could get to all of it. That is the sign a company cares about not just the $$$, but developing a relationship. Would for sure call for additional repairs if needed.

They did a great job quickly assessing our situation & writing a solid report that we can trust& take action to resolve. No one wants to learn they have a leaking pool, but Darren made it as painless as could be.

Great job! Darren really knew his stuff. Within minutes knew where the leak was. Within 15 minutes, confirmed it. Wish I would have called him first rather than have the parade of others who couldn't locate the leak. Given his knowledge and efficiency, very good value.

Explained everything they did, and what needed to be done.
Both were friendly and easy to talk to. Actual work was done a week later by two very nice men - friendly as were the first two who came. After they were done digging and fixing, you couldn't even tell they had been there. Work was absolutely excellent.

Talisa was very friendly and professional. She explained the process and answered all of my questions prior to scheduling the service. I didn't get to meet Darren since he was able to fit me in to prior to my appointment, but he was very prompt in getting the report back to me. All around, communication was excellent and the service was precise.

I had Leak Busters search for a leak in my pool & spa in April, 2020. Darren arrived as scheduled. We agreed to check the pool only, and he promptly found a leak in a fill line at the opposite end of the pool from where I had observed wet ground. I would not be able to determine if that was the only leak, until I repaired it. After I made the repairs to the fill line in a week or two, I continued to observe water in the open trench at the original location where I had observed the wet ground.

I contacted Leak Busters again and scheduled them to return and look for another pool leak. The pool checked out fine, but it was still possible that there might be a leak in the spa plumbing. I asked Darren to check the spa, for an extra charge. He checked it thoroughly by pressurizing the drain and fill lines, and he actually put on a swimsuit and mask to look underwater for any signs of leaks in the spa. He found a minor defect in the plaster surrounding one of the fill line fittings, but no further leaks.

He noted that there were some mosquitos in the water found in the open trench which indicated the water was not chlorinated pool water in the trench. We concluded the trench water was coming from nearby plant irrigation. Case closed. I was very pleased with Leak Busters efficiency, promptness, and warranty to return for free, if an additional pool leak were found. Darren knows his business.

We had extensive evidence of water in two portions of our yard near our pool and next to the house. It was extremely stressful to not understand what was going on. Well, we were fortunate to find and hire Darren and his team at Leakbusters. He not only used high end equipment but he was thorough in his investigation. Thank you Leak Busters! I have had an ongoing problem with a leak since my pool was built in 2016. The pool builder tried to repair the leak in the past, but every year it came back. The pool builder (Platinum Pools) did not want to work with me on finding the leak nor did the want to assist in the repairs. Its not about the money, its the fact that they built my pool and the leak has been in the same spot since the day they filled it. LEAK BUSTERS CAME OUT TO SAVE THE DAY! Leak Busters is the best leak detection company in the valley. We own a pool service company in the west valley and have used Leak Busters on more than 10 different jobs. Darren and his guys show up on the schedule time, every time. We hired Leak Busters to find a leak in a pool and once it was determined that there was no leaks in the pool, he stayed with the homeowner to go over all the other options in the house where there was potential leaks.
