I researched and got 4 quotes on the replacement of my 22 year old 3ton heat pump unit. Green Valley Heating and Cooling had the best price, the best warranty period, and the best customer service. It was excellent working with them.

Brody was very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained things in great detail. Donned shoe covers before coming into the house. Have not had that happen before.

Ernie, the technician from Green Valley Heating and Cooling was outstanding. He solved the problem with my furnace quickly while all the time thoroughly answering all of my questions. I highly recommend him.

Josue was very professional yet personable, and very thorough. He explained everything he did and would do in the future. I signed up for ongoing maintenance as a result.
