Oasis just finished installing our replacement HVAC system, and boy, are we pleased! They were flexible with our install schedule to match our shifting needs, and were totally prompt and professional throughout the entire process. They kept us informed at every step, and always seemed cheerful and genuinely happy to be here. Biggest kudos go to Brandy (sales and scheduling) and Michael (site lead).

Oasis has been so good to work with. We have had a service agreement with them for several years and David does a terrific job. We recently had a new system installed and Carlos and Nick were very professional and timely-answered all my questions. Mike has done a great job of following up and making sure the system is working perfectly. Finally, the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Oasis to anyone who is thinking about a new AC unit, or for their service agreement.

Working with Oasis is like hitting the "EASY" button! Brandy was very knowledgeable and professional. Pricing was competitive, but not the lowest bid I received. Their team installed two furnaces and two A/C units in one. They did a great job. My opinion, the best in Green Valley!

Oasis's Will and Manny did a fantastic job replacing my electric water heater on November 7, 2023. They were extremely polite throughout the entire process! They drained the old heater, inserted the new heater, and installed a new electric call-out switch which is now required by Arizona. Throughout the entire process, they were respectful and professional and made me feel confidant that they were doing the job well. They had to move my existing washing machine to get the heater into the space, and put it right back. Then they cleaned the area so that everything is the way as it should be. Thank you so very such for such as job well done. I recommend Oasis for all your AC/HVC and other needs Green Valley! (Oh by the way, I also had a new AC/HVC installed few months ago - they did a fantastic job on that too!) Prior to that, I was a short-term regular customer of Oasis, but now I totally recommend that others sign-up for their regular systems' checks!

I have been a customer of Oasis for eight years. Service is always prompt and efficient. I have a service contract with them and they automatically call me to schedule check-ups and cleaning. I don't have to remember to contact them. The service people are always polite and Jerry, in particular is wonderful. I had a problem with my old air conditioner and he spent a great deal of time with me late on a Friday afternoon. He never rushed me when discussing what the problem was and helped me to understand my options. I recently had a new air conditioner installed and Brandy was my point of contact. In the past she has been wonderful to deal with on the phone and this time was no exception. I finally got to meet her in person. She was delightful to deal with and so helpful and efficient. Within two days of my placing the call I had a new air conditioner. From Mario, the crane man to Junior and Xavier and another man, whose name I don't recall I felt I was in very good hands. Oasis remembers their customers and treats them with kid gloves.

10/10 Definitely recommend. They are very proffesional and are great at what they do. Carlos and Dom cleaned our ducts and did an awesome job. Super friendly and professional, They even vacuumed once they finished *did not expect that*! If your looking for efficient and effective work Definitely call Oasis.

I would like to say thank you to the Oasis team, it’s Sunday on Memorial weekend and my elderly mother in law lost her A/C, her usual company couldn’t make it out due to car troubles so I suggested they call Oasis!
I have been a customer for years and they have always taken great care of me and my family, we called them and they had a tech there in less than hour, fixed the issue and got the house cooled down, my mother in law was very happy and satisfied with such great service that she will now only be using Oasis, I highly recommend these guys!!! 💯

We had Oasis install a new air con/heat unit at our home and they were just excellent!! Their customer service is also great - I am so impressed with this company and their product. We had them clean the ducts on our old townhouse as well- thank you David, Andre for your care in keeping all so clean while doing the work and thanks Brandy for arranging everything - use this company if you live in Green Valley....and pricing is good too.

We decided to replace our heating and cooling system. Received bids from 3 reputable companies. All representatives were professional and knowledgeable.
Brandy, from Oasis was excellent. We accepted the Oasis bid. The job was scheduled and completed on time. The installers were as good as I've seen. They took time to answer questions. Upon completition we were given an orientation on the workings of the new system. Early in the installation, Michael (one of the company's owners) stopped by to make sure everything was going satisfactorily.
We plan to continue an ongoing relationship with Oasis to keep our system in top form. Finally, we give Oasis our highest praise. They are definitely focused on quality work and top notch customer service. We recommend them without reservation.

David and crew did an awesome job installing our new a/c unit and prior services that were done. Very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and polite. Will recommend to anyone. Keep up the amazing work. Hats off to Lalo (handyman ) great job and a super wonderful soul that he is. Thank you all!

Our AC went out recently and after calling and getting different prices from other companies who seemed to be more interested in making a quick buck rather than genuinely wanting to help us get an air conditioning system that works specifically for our needs. I was immediately impressed with the owner Paul with his willingness to listen to our specific situation and needs. He was patient and friendly and knowledgeable about his business. Paul put us to ease after we were really under a lot of stress trying to make quick with other companies. He even made calls to other customers to see if they would mind switching schedules so that we could get our AC going as we were without AC during a very hot couple of days. Long story short, from the moment I called Oasis and through the installation, this company was first class and professional. Chuck and his partner who installed our unit were patient and helpful in getting us familiar with our new unit. What a great staff! We couldn't be happier with the quality of the company, the installation, and the Air conditioner. Thanks for a great experience.

The Oasis AC team was the best experience I have ever had dealing with a sales and installation company. My comments to the owner was that he had hired and trained the best crew I had ever dealt with. To the man, they were polite and well trained on their specific job. They also explained in detail what they were going to do. I would recommend them to anyone that needed a new AC/heat pump installed.

Great local company! We have used Oasis for routine annual maintenance for years and they have always provided great service, timely and competent. We recently replaced our heat pump/air handler. I knew what I wanted in the system and Oasis provided the best price by a significant margin over the other bids. The installation crew was quick and professional and we are very pleased with the system.

Last week Oasis Air Conditioning & Heating replaced our two air conditioning units.

On the day of the installation, the work crew arrived very early and due to some delay in having the crane arrive, ended up having a long workday. We were very impressed with how we were kept appraised of each step in the process and the pride the Oasis folks take in their work. Certainly, the quality of the new units and the installation is excellent.

We chose Oasis Air Conditioning & Heating because of the great follow up we have had with breakdowns of our unit in the past. When we really needed Oasis, they were always there. So, when our big unit finally failed, Oasis was a natural choice for us. But it was their honesty and knowledge that sealed the deal for us, as well as, the hard work and follow thru by their service manager, Jerry Linn.

Oasis has been our AC and Heating company for several years. They installed a new unit for us in 2020 and we have had them for semi annual maintenance. Everyone at the office is responsive and pleasant, and all the guys that help keep our unit in tip top shape are great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for AC and Heating needs.

What a wonderful experience. Had to replace my ancient heat pump. Jerry Linn came out to see me and offered a great deal. The day after buying the unit, my old one was starting to quit. I was already scheduled, but didn't think I would make it to the agreed date. Called Jerry and he {along with others at Oasis) shifted things and got it done next day. Amazing service. Along with the package I purchased, duct cleaning was included. I was scheduled for July 7. Got a call from David, from Oasis, on June 22nd asking if I wanted to take a slot that had become available for today, June23rd. What a lucky break ! David and Adrian showed up on time, very clean and courteous, professional and efficient. Answered all my questions and got 'er done. Great guys. Everybody at Oasis that I have come into contact with are just super customer oriented and pros. Thanks, from my heart, to all of you ! I am a very happy man !

Purchased new rooftop HVAC unit in 2023. Very pleased with the sales process and installation. One year later, I'm happy to report Oasis continues to impress with their excellent service with their scheduled maintenance program. They also offer regular filter cleaning for a nominal fee.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is. The 1st time I called them my 90 yr old father's AC went out and they came right out and took care of the problem. I just got back yesterday from a 3 week road trip to find my house at 96 degrees and rising, I called hoping they could get me in and spoke to the owner Paul and he put me at ease, as I was a bit panicked, letting me know that he would take care of me. He also called back through out the day to let me know when they would be out. It's a family owned and operated company and the definitely feel like you're being treated as a family member. His son Ian came to my house and was very warm and friendly and had my problem taken care of in less then an hour. I know they were totally booked yesterday but fit me in and I am totally grateful. They are the best.

I contacted oasis air conditioning and heating through a neighbor a relative of Dave the owner. Dave was nothing but professional polite and offered me the best equipment Guaranteed Quality service and fair deal.Our old a/c bit the dust it was down for five days and it was hot and getting to 100° days.Daves guys worked their butts off to get all of us Cool again. They were hard working and very polite and respectful.Dave and his men are the most professional people I have hired in a long time,

We have been customers of Oasis Air Conditioning for at least 20 years. We watched Paul begin his business and become successful, and now his sons have taken over the business. We just had a new a/c system installed 2 years age and are very happy with it. The crews have always been pleasant to work with.
