Outstanding customer service. We are new customers to Mountain View and are extremely happy we made the switch. Second visit update. We had our second service and the professionalism and skills of the technician were above the anticipated levels. Highly recommended.

I have been with Mountain View for years. They are an exceptional business. Their integrity and work are outstanding.

We've been with Mountain View for 8-1/2 years now. We've experienced rat-damage to the system, ice damage to the unit, unit old-age failure with replacement, regular service with the service plan, and probably more. Their owner and service techs are always top-notch, A+ in punctuality, appearance, helpfulness, friendliness, and SKILL! Their outstanding service is a comfort in a world in which, all too often, standards tend to be slipping. They're a blessing!

Courteous, thorough, honest, ethical, efficient in all aspects of the services I received. The customer service and communication were both excellent.

The tech was very nice. 2 other companies said I needed a new heater motor-$1600.00. Mountain view was the original seller and they said it just needed to be cleaned. $137.00. !!! Very honest.

Always good reliable service from this company’s staff, who are very knowledgeable and expert at explaining what is generally incomprehensible to those who only want to change the temperature on heating and cooling equipment.

Had to call mountain views emergency number. They responded as soon as they could, which turned out to be less than one hour. The technician was very courteous and proficient. Took care of the issue quickly. Great service, which is why we have been a customer for many years now.

Service was outstanding. Mountain View installed my unit on a new build and came out to inspect and go over the system with when I moved in. Christ was the tech and was friendly and knowledgeable. Can highly recommend based on this first experience.

Had Mountain View replace a 22 year old A/C. This required a new condenser and coil install. From bid to install was only two weeks. It was done in one day with two great technicians, Carlos and Pedro. Very happy with the results and how everything was cleaned up and taken away.

Mountain View has been servicing our Heating/AC units for the past 18 years. We have always received great service with responsive and knowledgeable technicians. Had a recent failure on one of the units late on a Friday afternoon. They had a technician on-site within an hour who diagnosed and repaired the problem. Fantastic service!

Excellent experience with our technician today. He was incredibly thorough in assessing the system issues and determining cause, parts were ordered immediately and they will hopefully be installed this week. I highly recommend Mountain View AC and Heating; I plan on having them do our annual service as well! Trustworthy, thorough, professional, and reliable!!!!!

Mountain View has been our HVAC specialists since we’ve owned our home. They are great to work with! Eager to keep the system healthy and running beautifully so we stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer. As service plan customers, we have priority if our system goes down and we need emergency service. A comfort, for sure, although we haven’t had the need. Tyler, our specialist, is an amazing young man! He works hard, knows his stuff, and is incredibly polite and humble. on time always and very knowledgeable, friendly staff across the board. Hard working...got our new Bryant 3.5 ton system in and running in around 4 hours. Art even set us up with a 10000 btu portable a/c system that kept the house cool until the new one arrived. Hats off to the whole crew.

assessed the problem, briefed us as to what needed to be done and quoted us the cost.
He completed the job in a very timely manner,
briefed once again as to what he did and assured us that if we had any further problems to call him.
As with all Mountain View employees, he was very polite and provided excellent communication and customer service.
Mountain View has been our “go to” business for years and we recommend them to all.
We have never had a negative experience.
