I have used Gil and his team on two separate occasions and each time he and his team have exceeded our expectations of the quality and timeliness of the project! He exuded professionalism, knowledge and true construction skills in both projects and left no doubt on our part with the level of confidence we have in the workmanship! He is our Go-To-Guy on any project, big or small! Thanks again for a job well done!!

We hired Centennial Builders to convert an open outdoor patio area into an indoor Arizona room complete with a new roof, operable windows, electrical outlets and a ceiling fan. They had to deal with our HOA as well as the city for permitting and did a very good job in all regards. Conscientious, polite, reliable - all with reasonable pricing.
We would use them in the future without hesitation.

I had a gazebo built by Gilbert and his crew. The workmanship was excellent. His team worked fast and cleaned up each day before leaving the site. I highly recommend Centennial Builders. My HOA quickly approved the finished work.

Water line ceiling damage. They took care of getting a great plumber to fix the pex line. Then they removed the damaged drywall and replaced and painted. Can’t even tell it happened! Thank you Centennial.

I have done work as a sub contractor (plumber) with many contractors over the years. I have found that Gilbert and Centennial Builder’s truly care about the clients and the end result. As a business owner and sub contractor…. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them in my home.

What an amazing company! Great work, my home is now gorgeous! Kind, professional owner and employees! I bought a home with many issues. They replaced tile, had quartz counters installed in bathrooms and kitchen, installed custom backsplash that they designed especially for me, changed light fixtures inside and outside, installed blinds, changed out large mirrors and did landscaping! They did all this at a better price than any other quote. Hard working and super polite employees. I highly recommend this company!!!!

- I met Gilbert through a client after calling 6 other businesses and 1 builder to repair my counter top- I wanted to avoid what every person told me that I needed to replace all counter tops- or have a be side q different color - called Gilbert and he made it happen and extremely reasonable- I then decided to have him replace flooring
Once again, Gilbert made it happen ! I’m was told by flooring that the curve my floor had could not be done and Gilbert made it happen ! And again at a reasonable price
Also can loved how he would update me daily with pictures and finished 2 days early 🎉🎉
This is my first review as it was worth reviewing and letting him know what a great job he did and appreciate the money he saved me - since now a days seems like everything is very high

My experience with Centennial Builders exceeded my expectations. With all the horror stories out there and news segment about shady unlicensed contractors it's difficult to find an honest and reputable contractor. Gilbert was professional and quick to respond. His window guy came out, gave me and estimate and fixed/replaced my windows within days. I highly recommend Centennial, and will continue to recommend to all my friends and family.

Centennial Builders helped us update our home we purchased on Paintbrush in Sun City West. We are so pleased with the work that was completed. They are just a great team of hard working and trustworthy people. There wasn’t anything that needed updated that they were not able to update beautifully. We highly recommend this company.

Gilbert did an excellent job for us! He took out a cabinet so that we could put a beverage fridge there. Very professional and reasonable.

Gilbert was the contractor for a complete remodel of our home. There wasn’t anything they couldn’t accomplish, the craftsmanship was outstanding and the workers were on time and cleaned up each day. Would recommend him for any job large or small!

Gilbert and his crew are fantastic! I brought them in to do a little remodeling, bring a fresh look to my home and they ended up making it the house of my dreams. They installed a big beautiful glass door, doggie doors, remodeled the kitchen, installed cabinets through the home, new floors, painted, lots of electrical work and helped with all the little projects along the way. Every time i turned around someone was sweeping up dust, wiping up dirt or grim, they always kept things clean and tidy. All of the works were very helpful and polite, even when i left a door open and my dog got out they helped me search💖 i truly can’t say enough good things about them, they have remodeled my parents and my sisters house and we are all extreamly happy with the work!

Earlier this year I had Centennial Builders do a remodel of my two bathrooms. I was pleased with the work Gilbert and his crew did. They were punctual, cooperative with me on what I wanted done, made a number of positive suggestions, and completed the work to my satisfaction in a timely manner.

Gilbert is professional and dependable. He is honest and trustworthy. During a critical time, he came up with a solution for my families needs. He and his team are wonderful builders and amazing people. I highly recommend this company for any building needs.

My husband said when we first meant Gilbert that he reminded him of "Rico to the Rescue". Gilbert is very kind, thoughtful, and wants to do the job right the first time. We have called him with questions and he is always happy to answer in anyway he can. When one of his crew didn't paint our bedroom correctly, his sister and him came in and fixed the problem with no questions asked and he always asked is there anything else you need or isn't right about the job and he fixed those items also. We will recommend him to anyone and do it with pride.

Gilbert Pacheco and Centennial Builders has provided a wide range of house remodeling and construction services at our home over the past five years including the complete transformation of an old storage building into a fully functional Casita guest house. All work was top notch with reasonable costs. Centennial works with an impressive range of construction specialty trades and sub-contractors who are all true craftsmen. All work was completed on time, on budget and to a high degree of satisfaction. Communication has been excellent and I highly recommend Centennial and Gilbert for home remodeling or major residential construction projects.

When I met Gil Pacheco, I knew he was the one I wanted to do the rebuild on my house. Yes, my entire house and every surface in it! Gil stayed with me through a long insurance claim, never wavering.
