My husband and I moved into a new home in Oro Valley on July 25th. The rains began a week later and we had a leak, so we called Jacob because he had put in a new AC/heating unit that week.
Jacob called my husband back immediately, showed up that day, and worked in our attic at least an hour during an extremely hot day to test his work. He promised to fix a problem should it arise.
As it turned out, the roof has a leak, but we were so impressed with Cares Home Services that we wanted to encourage customers to give them a try. To say we were impressed is an understatement.

Jake and his team at cares home services are top notch. They are extremely friendly, professional, and personable. Highly recommend these guys for any of your HVAC work. They do great work at an honest price.

I won’t bore with a long story.

Just know, our A/C went out at 5pm on Sunday, called a few places to no avail, our neighbors suggested this place, called up, nicest gentleman named Jake arrived around 8pm, and an hour later we had cool air again.

Basically, they were responsive when at least three other places that claimed to be 24/7 didn’t even pickup the phone, quick to find and fix the issue, and though it did cost a lil bit…it wasn’t near as much as we feared it would be. Ended up signing up for their yearly servicing and know we won’t regret it.

Jake was very professional and knowledgeable about everything that needed to be done. Came out on an emergency call. We didn’t even have to wait long. Made sure me and my family had a warm home. Referring him to all my friends and family.

I called this company yesterday to see if they could help my mother. Her electricity went out, and when it came back on, the a/c didn’t reboot. Even with the storms, it was a hot day. They were able to see my mom yesterday evening and immediately diagnose the issue. Her a/c is fine and she didn’t have to wait over 24 hours for service. The technician was so nice, we will definitely be using this service again if we need a/c help.

Jake and his team are honest, very knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. You won’t find a nicer guy. Highly recommend!

Before Cares Home Services I tried the big name AC guys (Alaskan) and they wanted to charge me $2k for a minor “leak” so they said. Turned out there was no leak, so that proved they are just out to take your money. I’ll never go back to them.
