Perea Plumbing provided quick, same-day service. Our technician, Tanner, was prompt, very professional and thorough. He explained what he'd be doing and communicated with us throughout the process. This was not an easy job, but it was successfully completed in a timely manner for a reasonable price. He cleared the toilet line and told us what to expect moving forward. We will definitely be calling them for future plumbing needs and highly recommend their service.

Adan and his associate did a great job. I had my hot water heater replaced along with several minor issues. They have a thorough review and estimate process. He walked me through all of the changes and verified all of the completed tasks. They are expensive, but for good reason. I had a basic repairman come to fix an issue several times over the years, but the issue was never fully resolved. This team fixes your issues and guarantees they are fixed. Worth the cost.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! After receiving a quote for a small HVAC gas drip leg line replacement from another company, Perea came in quickly, with a free quote that was almost 1/3 of the price, noticed the same line was missing from my water heater, and did both on the spot! The technician was also polite, professional, and much more importantly HONEST in reasonable pricing!

My wife and I have been fearing repiping our home for years. After a terrible tile job and what seemed like months of cleaning it freaked us out. Well reached out to Perea Plumbing because I saw they were local. Not only were they local but family owned. Everything from being able to call and always getting the owners wife to the technicians being related. It was amazing. They walked us through the process and kept us up to date the whole time. They respected we live here and pretty much we were uninterrupted by the work. Dry walling was my biggest fear and after paint you wouldn't even know it was done. Quality group and respectful, friendly along the way. I would definitely recommend Perea if you need any work done.

Although my prior review was poor, the manager never did get back to us, but he did send somebody out to fix the situation. So, I have changed my review from one star to three. We did eventually get the service we requested, but there was still a lack of communication.

Did not have proper tools banged onto flange ring with a screwdriver handle to force flange ring due to no file or tile cuters to make proper room and seat ring just wedged it in.
Used a utility knife to scrap off silicone from floor, did not have a scraper or 6 in 1. Did not use proper plastic white washers on outside bowl bolts to protect porcelain ( they actually so small and thin they fell sunk into the slots) serving no purpose. as well as so decorative bolt caps would snap onto. He just placed loose white caps over bolts. The ring was wedged in place but loose. LEAKED! Used very small very thin plastic washers size of a dime paper thin that did not help to retain snap decorative caps or protect porcelain. These paper thin washers to find out were meant to stabilize, under bowl, the bowl bolts on to flange ring to keep oreintation of bolt upright underneath bowl.
Charged 289.00 for a flange ring only and wax place bowl back on, which I removed all parts prior. 15 min job. After 20 going to Home Depot for wax ring and steel ring common items a plumber would have on hand. They moved up appt said their plumber was available sooner then ecpected they obviously found a kid to do it. And after all this I still had to redo/repair. They asked me to remove this honest review for compensation stated its in the mail and turned out to be a lie this is total disrespect. Company is run by kids. Do not believe positive reviews.
