Blue point does an outstanding job maintaining my pool. While on vacation, I have no concerns on my pool’s condition and always come home to a sparkling clean pool. Recently, I had a leaking backwash valve and they had a technician out within 48 hours to repair the leak. Definitely recommend Blue Pool for your pool needs

I would highly recommend Bluepoint Pool Service. Every time we have used they respond immediately to our needs and assess what the problem is. We thought we need a new in ground pool filter but only needed a new o ring seal and a new pressure gauge. We also thought we needed a new creepy filter but instead they took it, fixed it and saved us a lot of money!! They are fabulous and I would highly recommend them!!

Using Bluepoint to install my new pool heater proved to be the right decision. From the beginning, they explained the problems that caused the failure of my previous heater and laid out my options going forward.

They were communicative with the installation progress, to include photos of their work.

I can always count on Bluepoint Pool Service to be thorough in checking all equipment along with the basic weekly cleaning service that they provide. Once a technician has been referred to the problem, I receive a complete explanation of the work needed. Depending on what type of repair or replacement, I can also count on Bluepoint to give me choices (if they exist) as well as their considered opinion of the best route to go for the repair or replacement. I would highly recommend Bluepoint for anyone needing a weekly cleaning or a major repair. They are dependable, professional, and fairly priced.

Highly recommend!! Mike and the Bluepoint staff were so easy to work with and extremely professional in eliminating some algae that developed in our pool while we were away from our property. They took care of everything that needed to be done including draining, scrubbing and sanitizing the pool; replacing the filters; and stabilizing the water chemical levels. They responded promptly and communicated with me throughout the process. Bluepoint has earned my trust and loyalty as a customer.

We had a crack on our fountain pump. They were very responsive and repaired it as soon as the part came in. Very satisfied customer!!!

After 15 years of disappointing trials and errors, I have finally found my "forever" pool service company: BLUE POINT, the winner by a mile. They are knowledgeable, courteous, on time, fair pricing, and stand behind their work. The technicians, owner Gary, and the office staff are all top notch and great to work with. The search is over!

The day before leaving town for surgery, I discovered a problem with a leaking coupling to my salt cell. We contacted Gary and he sent someone out the next day. The work was great and the rate was more than fair. We’ll use them again.

Everyone I spoke with or emailed was very helpful and pleasant. The technicians were very knowledgeable and informative. I was amazed that they were able to get my pool pump ordered and installed in less than a couple of weeks at a very reasonable price.

I cannot say enough about how positive my experience with Bluepoint Pool Service has been. When I moved to Arizona earlier this year, the realtor with whom I was working recommended another pool services company. It was a horrible experience. Did not show up a few times for weekly cleaning. Completely non-responsive when I had questions. I then reached out to Bluepoint. Gary, one of the owners, came out to my home to explain his company's services and I knew right away I would have a different experience. So, I cancelled service with the other company and switched to Bluepoint. It has been a completely different experience... without fail, everyone with whom I have interacted has been professional, friendly and reliable. Thank you, Bluepoint!

Bluepoint Pools was recommended highly by my neighbor. I became disabled of recent could not service or repair my own pool. They are on time with their weekly cleaning and if their is an issue because they are short staffed because Techs are called out they let you know. Recently a 2" PVC sprung a leak they were out within a week repaired in at a very inexpensive cost and very quick doing it. Their maintenance cleaning plans are extremely reasonable on our household budget.

Outstanding customer service. From someone who has nightmares every time I hire a contractor, I can say honestly that this was the best possible experience from start to finish with Blue Point Pool Service. I had their team clean the terrible calcium deposits from my tiles and also perform the purification process where instead of the drain and refill, they run a MASSIVE reverse osmosis system to ultra-filter the water which saves a TON of water and removes nearly every trace of tap water chemical and mineral. My pool water looks stupid clean, tiles are clean, and most of all they did an excellent job picking up after themselves and making the pool area look as good as before. The entire process was timely, efficient, and their scheduling was dead on. Communication was amazing including the emailed reports when the jobs were done. A great bunch of guys working here. I'd recommend them to my mother if only she had a pool!

I am extremely fortunate to have found Bluepoint Pool Service. I made a mistake by putting some chemicals in my pool and needed assistance right away. I even received a phone call from Bluepoint on a holiday and an appointment was made for Gary to come over the next day. He made arrangements right away to get my pool back in order and also have some immediate and much needed repairs completed on my pool pump. Ryan and his team including Zach made the repairs to my pool pump right away and followed up to make sure that there were no issues. Tyler has been doing a great job servicing my pool. I really believe that I found one of the best, if not the best, pool company in the Tucson area. Everyone that I have worked with at Bluepoint is honest, professional, reliable, and trustworthy.

I have had weekly service with BluePoint for a few years now. My pool has been sparkling clear since they started. I also like the fact that I can reach out to them if I need anything or have any questions and everyone is so friendly and professional. I have had them repair and replace several things around my pool. Heater, filter, light, among other things. The prices are always fair. Our pool cleaner is so nice and takes pride in our pool. He emails a report after every visit with photos and a summary of tasks completed with water readings and which chemicals were added. This service is so worth the cost!

Bluepoint pools is awesome. Seemless inspection/proposal/qoute process. Extremely competatively price service, super quick install and educational handoff. I had them come out and install a whole pump and replace the gear mechanism in the pop-up and they delivered. My new system is a serious upgrade on speed setting, cleans better then ever and the piping work is quality. Best part is I cant even hear the pump unless standing directly over it. Really happy and would reccomend to anyone residing in the area of Marana.

BluePoint Pool Service does an excellent job maintaining our pool in Marana. I am extremely impressed by the service…a call or a text letting us know they are on the way, and a picture upon completion. They communicate if anything is needed above and beyond the normal service. I highly recommend BluePoint, as they definitely standout in a service industry which overall has been lacking over the last 4 years! I can tell they value our business.

I love Blue point pool company. Their communication with me has been awesome. They take pictures of what they have done and send them right away so I know they were here and what exactly they did. They have always done a great job every time they have come. If they see any potential problems they let me know.if something needs fixed they are prompt to come and fix it and send me pictures of before and after. They are just awesome
