We had a new AC installed by Drew and his crew. Everything from estimate to install was easy, on time and exactly what I expected. They solved some efficiency issues we were having which made a huge difference in the comfort level of my office where I spend most of my time. Highly recommend this company to anyone!

I called several companies local to Anthem to inquire about servicing our AC units. I had actually made an appointment with one company but Brad from Tru Comfort called me back and I was so impressed with his professional demeanor and comprehensive answers to my questions that I decided to cancel the other appointment and give Tru Comfort a try. I am so glad that I did. Drew was at my home on time and was friendly and very thorough in checking and servicing our systems. His invoice was accompanied by a full page of notes about the testing results and he even made a few recommendations for the near future that will keep our systems running smooth and keeping us cool. I HIGHLY recommend Tru Comfort Cooling a Heating. The are highly skilled, very professional and local to us.

The absolute best HVAC service I've ever received, was from Tru Comfort! Drew really knows his business, and was able to explain things to me about my unit (and HVAC systems in general), that I never knew. He takes the time to explain and provide photos of your unit as well. And, he stays in touch via text/email to confirm appointments. And, the price was right. You can totally trust him, as he won’t try to sell you services you don’t need. I will absolutely call him again for system check-ups and when I have issues, and will only allow him to replace my 20+ year old unit when it's time to do so. Thank you Drew, it was a total pleasure! Suddenly, during the blazing hot (110+) afternoon of June 26, our west side main floor AC unit stopped operating. And, of course, our residence interior temperatures rose and became increasingly uncomfortable. Sent email message for help that same night to Tru Comfort, our HVAC company of choice—based on stellar past performance. Drew from Tru Comfort responded early the next morning. Despite having a full schedule of scheduled appointments that same day (June 27), he indicated he’d do his best to stop by sometime that same afternoon…somehow. Drew did show up mid-afternoon between scheduled jobs. He immediately determined/diagnosed our issue as a blown capacitor in the outside condenser unit and replaced this part. And within a quick half-hour, the unit was back to normal and cooling our residence. Can’t say enough about the outstanding service Tru Comfort provides. We have dealt with several Phoenix HVAC companies since 1994, and, in the 30 years since, there is no doubt that Tru Comfort is the very best we’ve yet encountered. You can’t go wrong by utilizing their quality professional services.

The office was quick to respond to my request. My preseason check up was scheduled promptly. Drew was very professional when he came out. He texted to say he was in his way. Great customer service is so rare, so I had to write a review on the excellent customer service that I received from Tru Comfort, and Drew Michelson. When I was told that my unit could not be repaired, and needed replacement, I started calling around. I stumbled on Tru Comfort and made the call. Drew came out, and eased my stress by coming in, taking a look around, and in a calm, professional demeanor, assured me that they could get the job done. I had been told previously, from another contractor, that the job would be very, very difficult. Drew brought my stress level down immediately , by assuring me that it could be done, and that the job would be no problem for his team. He was absolutely amazing. Just a genuine, honest guy, and I appreciated him so much. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use Tru Comfort, as they were booked solid for a few days, and I was miserable in a home that had reached 99 degrees. When I told Drew that I was going to be forced to contract with someone else, he was still as incredible and caring as he was when he was bidding on the job. As busy as he was, he remembered the date that the other company was coming out, and checked in, to ensure I was taken care of and that they did a good job. Drew did this two days in a row, and assured me that if I needed anything, Tru Comfort would be there for me. What amazing customer service! I don't know of any company that would do that, when you had contracted with someone else. Great job, Drew; you are the best and I will recommend you and you company to anyone in need of HVAC services!

We have been using Tru Comfort Heating and Cooling for several years. They installed both of our AC units about 10yrs ago. Our service technician is Drew Michelson, he is also an owner in the company. His service has been nothing but excellent. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using them

Words cannot describe the professionalism, responsiveness, friendliness, and Quality of Tru Comfort. Drew and his TEAM were more than 5 Stars. I received a quote from another company and called to receive another quote and to my surprise for a similar model Tru Comfort came in at $3600 less than the first quote. Definitely a plus, but the thing about it was that Drew explained every option to me in detail and didn't just try to sell me on the Top Model. The Team showed up right on time at 6am and completed the job by 1pm. I definitely recommend Tru Comfort to anyone in the market. Another thing about the Owner Drew is that he is a Marine Corps Veteran and I always love to support Veteran Owned businesses! Thank you Drew and TEAM! Changing over to a new HVAC system is not a small decision. There are many choices out there, but Drew and Tru-Comfort should absolutely be on your short list. He is a true professional and will patiently walk you through the entire process and all the options you might consider. His prices are very fair, it is bottom-line (no surprises), and his work is exactly what you would count on, timeliness, maintenance, and accessible. Very highly recommend!

I was very pleased with trucomfort. Drew was able to come to my house on a Saturday and fix my AC unit within 30 minutes. My house was so hot in August and I really appreciate his effort and speediness. I would definitely recommend them.

Nobody wants to have issues with their AC especially in the summer in Phoenix! But if you do, this company is AMAZING. Drew came to help us twice both last minute and outside of normal hours. Extremely quick and friendly service. Didn’t try to oversell me on anything. Assessed an issue that originated with our builder. Suggested we have the builder correct it rather than charge me to fix it. Really appreciated the honesty. Highly recommend!

The staff was professional and curious. The prices are comparable with the competition. Drew was the technician and was extremely thorough. When the tune up was done I was given a 9 page report detailing every step of the service performed as well as recommendations to prolong the life of my system. I will recommend them to everyone.

This was my first dealing with Tru Comfort, but it won’t be my last. Drew did an excellent job in showing/explaining the process, and his findings/recommendations to address those findings. There was no pressure on selling any services/products, which I appreciated his honesty. It was much better experience with Tru Comfort (Drew) than any prior A/C company in the past.

Drew and Tru Comfort have been great. My old HVAC started leaking, so I solicited a number of bids. Tru Comfort not only had a very competitive bid, but they were also the most thorough. They gave me 6 options so I could figure out the exact system mix I wanted, each with full AHRI efficiency ratings. Drew also did the opposite of upselling me, talking me out of some of the more expensive options. And his bid included extra work like re-running lines to the thermostat as they were starting to look pretty dodgy.
Install was quick and easy, and so far the system is working great.

Recently had the AC unit replaced in October by a different company but was having some troubles with the fan constantly running despite reaching the appropriate temperature. A friend had also had their unit replaced by this company and complained about needing to call them out many times to work on it. I decided to go with Tru Comfort instead and get the job done right the first time. Turns out the original company never replaced the wiring appropriately and did not even connect all the wires up. Drew showed me pictures of how the wiring was exposed, and due to fading in the sun, you could not even tell the colors of the wire to connect properly. We redid the wiring completely and installed the appropriate thermostat so that I could have heat. Drew had to work late to make sure the work got done and checked in the following day to ensure it was performing as it should be. I was grateful with the install since the kids will be returning back to the home with me for the next week. Very professional and helpful.
