This is the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. Because most of the homes
Gary cleans are rentals, the carpets are much worse than an average homeowner.
He gets them clean and fresh everytime. He is punctual, dressed professionally,
USES CHEMICALS, not just watered down chemicals, and is fairly priced.
He does not come in with added on charges like other companies I have used.

Hands down, the best carpet cleaning experience we've ever had in 40 years of home ownership. Element (Gary) is prompt, professional, and is only service that has effectively dealt with animal odors - our 8 year old carpets look almost brand new and the prices IMO were extremely reasonable for the amount of work performed. Have referred to many friends who have all shared the same outcome and feedback. Service like this is a rare commodity anymore!

Gary and his crew cleaned the tile and grout in our home and did an excellent job! When we bought this ten year old home a few months ago, the floor looked like it had never been cleaned. When Element finished, the result was amazing! The floor was a much lighter color! Lol. They also cleaned the light-colored grout to perfection. We were pleased and will use them again in the future.

We are extremely happy with the services Gary provided. Our grout had not been professionally cleaned since we moved in, and it looked it. All the dark spots are gone. The tile and grout look new again. We also had a pet odor problem on the carpeted stair landing. Gary treated the issue and cleaned the entire stairs for us. Great service and pricing. Gary was very responsive upon initial contact. He sent reminders of my appointment. He texted on his way and showed up on time. He cleaned my sofa, area rug and small chair.
