I came down for the holidays to visit my parents and noticed their house needed some cleaning. One of my parents neighbors recommended Transparently Clean, and they did not disappoint. They came out the very next day and left my parent’s house looking clean and dust free, and smelling fresh. I plan on arranging monthly services with Transparently Clean, to help my parents keep their house clean.

These two ladies cleaned thoroughly and in every nook and cranny. This included floors, scrubbing bathrooms, dusting, polishing furniture (including my piano), vacuuming, and much more. They even cleaned my crystal glasses in my glass door cabinet.I highly recommended them. Also, always on time.

The Transparently Clean girls knocked on my door here in Sun City. I was so impressed with their prices and honesty of starting the cleaning company. I had just had foot surgery and was so excited to have them clean my floors that day. They did an amazing job, and the added polite conversation was so friendly.

This is by far the best cleaninf company i have ever had.their attwntion to detail is amazing and cominf home acter a long day after they have been here is extremely relaxing. Pricinf is amazing for how well they do. Ive paid alot more and gotten alot less in return from other companies. The best in town for sure!!

I had a wonderful experience with Transparently Clean. They were courteous, efficient, and professional. They will quote out of the ordinary requests and I was so relieved they were willing to pack up all my artwork hanging on walls, and label the boxes. A big timesaver in my move. My condo was cleaned and ready for walk thrus of potential buyers. And it sold! I trust them completely!

First, Crystal and Emily are the most professional and thorough cleaners I have ever worked with, hands down.

I met Crystal and Emily when we needed help with a deep cleaning of our master bedroom and master bathroom after a large bathroom remodel. The remodel included removing all the tile which creates an incredible amount of dust.

I got their company's name from a neighbor whose son has completed work with them. He gave them a very high recommendation. I knew I could trust him and his family as they would not recommend a company or individuals who did inferior work or were not honest.

I contacted the ladies and they got back to me immediately. They came out within two days to give me an estimate. Coming to the house really caught my attention as most of the companies I contacted wanted to do everything via email or a phone conversation often never being able to talk with a human. It was obvious those other companies had no clue what they were really going to be doing, including the amount of space they would be cleaning. In fact, one individual talked to me three times and even asked how much he had initially quoted me. That was scary.

The moment I met Crystal and Emily it was obvious how professional and thorough they are. The discussion included exactly what they would be doing and how long it would most likely take them. I have never received such a detailed quote or experienced such a detailed discussion from any other cleaning company.

In fact, one item that really caught my attention and I appreciated was that they told me upfront that the level of debris/dust in the rooms would take about three passes. They were absolutely correct but no other vendor even mentioned anything of that nature.

They scheduled quickly and even came on a Sunday to do the deep cleaning. The day of the deep cleaning they arrived promptly and the crew of three ladies worked for a solid five hours. The timeliness of their cleaning and their excellent work allowed us to move back into those rooms much quicker than we expected. They touched every surface and I did not have to do anything behind them like I have in the past with deep cleaning and regular cleaning services as well.

Based upon their excellent work, great communication and professionalism we decided to ask Crystal and Emily to continue to work with us on every other week’s basis. I can't say they are the cheapest company I have ever used but they are the BEST! They don't run in and out in an hour or hour and a half like most companies do. In, fact they generally spend about four hours in our home.

In addition, they often do extra items, such as cleaning my oven and my husband's office without being asked, and don't charge extra as long as they are in the time frame. The initiative these ladies take is amazing. In addition, they are also always willing to do something extra if I need it and time permits. They never make me feel like it is an inposition.

We want the same people in our home each week and that is what occurs. Dealing with different people each week as some companies do creates inconsistency in how your house is treated. In addition, we want to know the individuals who work in our home particularly if we are not there.

So, the bottom line is this company and ladies are EXCELLENT. I never have to do anything after they leave as the house is perfect and every surface is touched with detail. Our lives are so much better and relaxing as a result of their service.

Incredibly detailed cleaning! When an out of town friend asked for my help in hiring a cleaning company for her condo, I called at least 8 companies to discuss the current condition of the residence. My initial phone contact with Transparently Clean solidified my decision to meet with them and ultimately hire them for this job. Considering the condition this condo was in, I didn’t think it could have the end results that it did. Every nook and cranny was cleaned and is now ready for new flooring and to be placed on the market. I have never in my life gone through the moving process. I was moving out of my first apartment and was so overwhelmed with the process but Crystal and Emily swooped in and made it an easier experience. They came to asses my apartment for a move out cleaning, they were personable and fair! They were very easy to communicate with leading up to the cleaning date. They sent pictures of the completed cleaning and after doing a walkthrough I was tempted to move right back in! Will definitely be calling this dynamic duo for future assistance!
