I just had a hot water heater and air condition installed by Edward Scotty and CJ. These boys were fantastic. They were professional their customer service and helpfulness was much appreciated being a senior citizen and Sun City you always worry about having someone in your home. I felt so comfortable and safe with them, I would recommend them and their company very much

person and he was cordial and patient answering my questions.
Of course he was very knowledgeable in solving the problem.

Dan the service technician with Cool Blew was fabulous. I had 2 leaks and burnt out blower and condenser was faulty. He spent several hours here fixing everything. He showed me all the testing of the parts that I needed. Told me how much they would cost. Very honest, never pushy. I highly recommend Dan and this company. They give detailed invoice with pictures, ect. I couldn’t be happier.

My water heater was leaking, upon calling several companies with no call backs, I came across Cool Blew and spoke to Jim, who took my call after hours. Edward and Miguel showed up at the time they said they would and had my brand new water heater replaced professionally within hours. These guys new exactly what they were doing. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and completed the work in a timely manner. I would HIGHLY recommend this company with any of your plumbing needs to anyone. Thank you Jim, Edward and Miguel for such a professional job.

It was 90 degrees in my house with the AC on. For speed purposes I paid a $125 service call and had another company diagnose my AC unit. Their technician gave me the problem as a bad Tx valve and a $2500 estimate. Filed a home warranty claim and paid another $85 service charge and was assigned Cool Blew. Technician Dan Hillman arrived at the beginning of the appointment window I was given. He looked and found the leak in minutes and showed me. It was too obvious for the other company to miss. He made the repair in under 2 hours and the cost was 5x less than what the other company quoted. He stayed and verified the temp at the register was 20 degrees less than the room temp before leaving.

Edward at Cool Blew did a great job. The work was swift and Edward a joy to interact with. I'm grateful!

"Dan the Man" examined our AC unit and found nothing wrong. He was courteous and explained every action he took while here. A great technician.

I was very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of Cool Blew. They bent over backwards to make sure we were very happy with their service. They are a very professional company that fully understands customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Cool Blew installed our AC units, Solar and water filter system. I will have them back in the Fall to install a pool heater and an ice maker in my kitchen.

Cool Blew is always responsive and has great customer service. Their prices are very reasonable also. The techs also take time to explain the problem and solution.

Our AC was not working and an appointment was made to check out our system. Dan arrived and did a thorough check of the system and made repairs as needed. System is working great again and we are very happy with the service and expertise from Cool Blew.

Awesome service…via phone and in person! Having a technician assigned to us is a plus. Dan knows our AC unit and is knowledgeable and detailed when explaining an issue. Needed a washing machine valve box installed in laundry room and was able to get a quick appointment when I called Cool Blew. Installers were on time, very friendly and very professional. They did a top notch job on the install! Valve box has a very clean appearance and the installers cleaned up the work site after they were done. Would definitely recommend Cool Blew to friends?family. I had Cool Blew install a complete residential sewer line a few years back and they were just as professional and very easy to work with then as well.

Promptly arrived, identified the issue, presented options and proceeded to fix the outside hose bib. Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Edward Tatum is a great person and very professional as a plumber. He is always honest and will go the extra mile for his customers. I would never use any other company or plumber. Edward installed a new bathroom shower kit & a new kitchen sink faucet.

Edward performed multiple services for us, to include replacing our kitchen faucet, the reverse osmosis system and the garbage disposal. He was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable and able to adjust to unexpected challenges in our kitchen’s “anatomy”; we would definitely ask for him again if the need arises. Overall, JOB VERY WELL DONE!!!!
