Great company, have been with them for 20 + years.

This is a great family owned company that cares for their customers. We just had our 20 year old a/c unit replaced along with 40 year old duct work. They even replaced the old return unit and took out the old swamp cooler box to provide better air flow. They are honest and dependable. I highly recommend!

HilCo Air was professional, courteous, and did amazing work! They responded quickly to our request and were able to take care of our repairs shortly after contacting them. I was worried it would be days before our AC was working again, nope! I made the right call...HilCo to the rescue!! I cannot thank you guys enough for keeping my family cool as the summer creeps up!

Great service, we have used them for many years. Came out this time as an emergency call on a hot Summer Sunday, and they were prompt, honest, and friendly in making sure the issue was fixed.

I've been using Hilco for my homes, 1 in Buckey and 1 in Mesa for about 20 years and have always found them to be punctual, professional, and most of all honest. Brent and Brian have serviced my heat pumps and replaced them when their time came. The prices have always been fair and the workmanship top notch. But, what I've always appreciated was the recommendations they gave me when parts were wearing out. This has kept me from having catastrophic failures especially during our very hot summers. I recently had a new heat pump installed that was experincing problems. Instead of patching it back up they honored the waranty and replaced it. I am very please with their services and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Annual scheduled preventive maintenance. I was told the diagnosis of the check up on the system; there was a simple servicing required. Another job well done till my next scheduled servicing.

HilCo is a family owned business with the best customer service I have ever received from an Air Conditioning and Heating company. The owner only recommends repairs when they are needed. They clean up after they are in the attic, and do small things like bring a garbage can up from the street and put it in my backyard. Best service ever.

I’m fortunate to have come across HilCo a few years ago; they’re a professional, reliable and honest company. I needed to turn on my heater and was unable to. Called Sunday evening and Monday morning my unit was serviced and working properly. Looking forward to signing a maintenance agreement in the Spring!
