Troy was extremely supportive when we found ourselves in a tricky situation with our furnace breaking down. The team was quick to react on a frosty Saturday morning before the cold was at its worst and added a battery-like device to make sure our motor starts/runs more efficiently. Troy suggested an Ecobee over our Honeywell thermostat to better track our system's efficiency/air quality so I attempted to fit it the next weekend. He was quick to answer my inquiries and minor troubleshooting to confirm we were functioning properly along with advice on how to ideally set up our setting after installation. Very satisfied with troy's helpful nature and speediness particularly during these freezing winters when every minute is crucial.

i recently needed a repair for my 5 year old mitsubishi split system, and the team at Hunter Brothers Heating & AC handled everything professionally. the insulated copper lines that connect my outdoor unit to the indoor units had started to break down because of a problem with the type of white insulation used back then, which is something that seems to have affected lots of systems. over time, that insulation can actually damage the copper and lead to leaks. also, i found out that some rodents had chewed through the wires inside the ductwork because the end of the duct hadn’t been properly sealed during installation. throughout the repair, the technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. troy, the service manager, really listened to my concerns and helped me out by working with me on the cost of replacing all the lines. even though this kind of repair isn’t cheap, i felt like the company treated me fairly and resolved everything well. if you have white insulated copper lines in your hvac system, it’s a good idea to keep an eye on them for leaks, and make sure any access points in your ductwork are sealed up with things like silicone or steel wool so pests can’t get in. overall, my experience was positive and i would recommend them for ac repairs, especially in this arizona heat.
