I had my semi annual AC checkup and service this week. The scheduling was easy to do and I was able to pick the date and time frame. The technician texted when he was on his way, and the visit was very professional and informative. He answered all my questions. This is a very professional operation.

Amazing company

Everything went ok, but I asked Christopher Kelley, with plumbing dept, for the online $20 discount and he told me he discounted the service all he could and couldn’t give me that one. Charged the normal $89 and no discount….called and talked to Trevor who said he would refund the $20.

Don't care about customer anymore. Just a money mill at this point.

So around 11:10 am 5/2/2025 truck #862 was parked in the Qt staion at the pump with sun shade in front window and shirts on each window trying to hide the fact that they where using some kind of Substance ,this is who they are sending to your home....Smh i do have pics and videos to prove it.....this was VERY ODD

So theas guys came into my neighborhood November 10th using jack Hamer and cutting metal , no respect for every day hard working blue collar folks , this loud ass job could have been done Friday or Tuesday , bad management .
