This company has the absolute pleasure of dealing with home warranty from our builder. Companies that do this always get a short end of the stick. And peeps just love complaining about things they don’t understand.

Yes, I struggled to have my hvac system issue resolved for some time.

I can say this, they didn’t stop trying to make my 2 units function as they should three trips later. Duct issues. I was low on refrigerant, smashed ducts. Air flow issues.

Took them longer then I would like, but now my system is amazing. I have solid air pressure in all rooms. They took the time to listen to me as the home owner not what the engineering paper work said. I wasn’t sure at first, that what they said would happen. Has happened. Couldn’t be happier. My home is less then a year old and last night was our first night we were actually cold and need to turn our thermostat up.

Edgar was professional and friendly. He explained what he’d be working on and afterwards detailed the repairs made. Took less than one hour for maintenance and minor repairs.

We experienced our first AC outage this evening. Within 45 minutes of reporting the issue Cesar had contacted us to clarify what the issue was, called back to advise he was almost to our home, arrived/assessed the unit, made repairs, and promised a follow up call Monday morning to check in on us. This happened at almost 8pm on a Friday! I never thought this could have gone so smoothly.

Jose our service technician was very thorough. Spoke kindly and explained process of what he did. Jose is 100% top notch with customer service. Thank you Jose.

Elison has been our technician for two years. He is absolutely fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and respectful. He is the very best!

Our tech Javier was awesome! Diagnosed the issue with our motor and then got it replaced. He even helped fix a rattle our AC was making.

Edgar has visited my place before and is always friendly, yet professional, in his demeanor. I always look forward to our conversations when he is here to perform my annual heating, and cooling maintenance.

Ellison did a thorough job inspecting my air conditioner and heater and explained why a part needed to be replaced. He was very professional and efficient! Great job!

Jose with Sonoran Mechanical Systems was punctual, very efficient, detailed, explained everything I needed to know. It was our first time getting AC service through them and we are very pleased!

Jose was extremely knowledgeable, fixed our mini split by enabling the thermostat to communicate effectively with the mini split. He thoroughly tested the system, showed me the ins and outs of the controls, Tested the temperature, explain the filter, maintenance, and was awesome to deal with!

Javier Avila, from sonoran mechical systems, was our HVAC service man. He arrived on time, was polite, respectful of our home, through in his troubleshooting and preventive care of our units. We highly recommend him for your service.

Javier did a good job, identifying some things the builder missed and fixed them. One little recommendation would be to tidy up after accessing the attic, some insulation and debris from attic was all over the floor. Great attitude! Over all 4.8 out of 5

Sonoran Mech installed the AC on my new build home 5+ years ago, and I have used them annually for my AC check ups ever since. They're always friendly when I call to set up the appointment. The service tech always arrives on time, provides excellent customer service and takes great care of my unit.

I'm not sure if we have just been lucky to deal with Javier each time we have an air condition issue, but he has been nothing shy of professional and kind. He is always on time, respectful, and hard working the entire time he is there. We have used the company for the past 3 years, as they were the company for any warranty issues we needed fixed on our new build. We continue to use them for our annual a/c maintenance to continue our extended warranty with Lennox as well, and have never had an issue. Even when I call to make an appointment the woman that answers is always courteous and provides timing and dates based on our schedule. Ask for Javier as your technician!

Edgar arrived early and put a coupling on my heater backfill line to eliminate the leakage. He explained everything very well. I’m so grateful for his excellent work!
