Plumbing Masters as a company was great to work with. They were quick to respond & very courteous when going over my issue. The technician that was dispatched, Chad, was awesome! He not only explained everything he was doing he went above & beyond ultimately finding that the issue was not clogged pipes but an issue with the sink drain stopper. He fixed it quickly & we are very happy! Chad is not only very knowledgeable but also very personable. You’ll be lucky to have Chad working in your issue! Thanks again

Richard M built an elegant and compact bypass for my leaking water softener, in order to allow me to order a new one. Once I had the new one he replaced a defective pressure regulator and installed the new softener without leaks or issues. He is an excellent plumber and well worth the cost. Highly recommend him and Plumbing Masters for your tough plumbing needs.

"After 10 years of faithful service, my gas water heater suddenly stopped producing hot water. I found Plumbing Masters online and they were able to send someone out that very morning! Lester arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He tested several components and explained that due to the age of the unit (and my admitted lack of maintenance!), a replacement would be the most cost-effective solution. He clearly laid out my options, and I decided to go with a new Ruud Professional unit.

Lester returned the next day and installed the new water heater. He even replaced the 30-year-old pipes and shut-off valves, which was a great bonus. The whole installation looks fantastic, and I appreciate the solid warranty. He also took the time to show me how to properly flush the unit annually.
The price was competitive, one less thing to worry about! I would absolutely recommend Plumbing Masters, and especially Lester. He was professional, punctual, clearly explained everything. He even cleaned up after himself! Thanks, Lester!"

Alfedo Sequer came out to help our family with a clogged toilet. He was kind, thorough and very understanding. He took care of the problem and helped explain all the options. The solution ended up being incredibly simple (thank goodness), but he was great throughout. I really appreciated his frankness and kindness. I will definitely recommend. Thank you so much.

Needed under kitchen sink shut off valve replaced due to leak, Levi showed up on time and was friendly, he assessed the situation and quickly gave me a quote. Finished the job in reasonable time with no issues. Clean professional service.

I rarely write reviews; I figure I pay someone or a company to do a good job or provide good service.
That said, occasionally you run across those who do excellent work. Tree roots compromised our sewer line. We called Plumbing Masters. Four technicians came out. All four guys were pleasant, courteous, clean, and knowledgeable, and answered all questions regarding the job. I want to thank Aaron, Miguel, Julio, and Vinny for a job well done. Additionally, the lady who answered the phone deserves kudos for her professionalism.

Rich Todd was AMAZING!! He came in very knowledgeable and explained things every step of the way. 10/10 will recommend and will be using Plumbing Masters for everything moving forward! (He even cleaned up after himself which our other plumber did not).

Louis' work was top notch! He was very friendly and expert at work he did for me. I would recommend him and Plumbing Masters to anyone.

My plumber was Chase he came out and did my re-plumbing of my house. He was courteous and extremely professional. His communication was excellent And he did my project in a timely matter as expected With no delays! I felt like he was extremely knowledgeable and I felt more than comfortable with his quality of work! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Plumbing Masters and Chase again!!!!

I recently called Plumbing Masters to help identify why my water heater shuts off randomly. Levi, the tech, was dispatched. He arrived on-time, dressed very clean, and upon arrival introduced himself. By the way, I received his bio with a picture prior to his arrival. That is an awesome business practice. He allowed me to explain what was happening, he asked to inspect it, but he was already familiar with the issues due to the make and model of the valve. He took his time explaining why it happens, what is happening, and what should happen. Once I inquired about the cost to replace the valve, he shared the cost and did not up sale anything. He was patient with my questions and online research. Thank you, Levi for your thorough communication, attention detail, and being so professional.

I’m not one to typically write reviews but my experience with Plumbing masters, especially Chase was just phenomenal. It’s very evident he knows what he’s doing and has been trained very well! Plumbing Masters wasn’t the first company I got a quote from but it was the first to explain my issues to me in a way I could truly understand. Chase didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions and was just super transparent throughout the whole job. I have found the one plumber I trust and won’t be going to anyone else.

Great experience working with Levi Nunez! He was super helpful and responsive. He worked very hard to get the job done in one day so we could have running water again. Also had very fair pricing and a good evaluation. Would highly recommend working with him.

Rich and James worked with my busy work schedule and were able to provide me enough notice to get home from my office on time for the water heater install. Rich and James were both super friendly and Rich took the time to explain when and why to get maintenance on my water heater. They were able to install the water the very next day after my call and only took that long since my house uses a special size heater. Highly recommend this company. I am not one to write many reviews but after today I really needed to. I feel like plumbing is our curse that never lets up and we found a leak with quite a bit of water damage. Plumbing masters was our first call and Cody Yeager was our tech that came out and he was amazing! We were still recovering financially from our last plumbing disaster and he was truly so nice about everything. I feel like so many companies put so much pressure on you to go with them and spend so much money for something. Cody did not do that, he was honest and polite and so understanding to where we were and I honestly say I would be requesting him to work with from here on out. Thanks Cody!

Two great experiences with Plumbing Masters - both times with Rich. First with a water softener replacement and second with two water heater replacements. Called this morning and was able to have him out immediately and by the afternoon we have two new functioning water heaters. Highly recommend
