I’ve always been able to get an appointment same or next day. The technicians have all addressed my needs before they left. I have purchased 2 year service contracts for A/C Heating/Furnace and Plumbing twice now and it has been worth it.

Matt H was courteous and professional and took the time to explain any issues and solutions thoroughly. His expertise and attention to detail were impressive. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a reliable and quality air conditioning maintenance

Excellent experience with Reddi Services. Bryant installed two new faucets in my master bath and replaced the toilet refill valve with no hassle. Fast, clean work and great customer service!

Matt is a true professional. He identified my problem and gave me options for the repair. He didn't take advantage of my unfortunate plumbing situation. The repair was completed quickly and effectively. In my opinion, the price was better than fair. I will use Reddi Services again because of Matt.

Bathroom drain was plugged. Reddi Services (Alex) did a great job. He was so nice and courteous. Price was reasonable for the amount of time he spent here. And he didn’t try to upsell me. Great job from both Alex and Reddi.

Great service, very competent, Chris S walked me through everything and explained everything thoroughly. Didn’t try to sell me something. I didn’t need like every other HVAC company I’ve had out here. Total bill was $400 and was quoted over $3000 from everybody else telling me to have work done I didn’t need. Highly recommended.

Matt Mattox provided us with exceptional customer service. Our drain clog was challenging but he hung in there until he was able to clear it all the while remaining positive with a great attitude we highly recommend Matt for your plumbing needs!!

Bryant was terrific! We had guests coming in for New Year’s Eve who’d be staying in our guest house, so when the guest house toilet went out.on December 30, we were freaking out! That toilet is a very old one, so we worried that replacement parts might not be available. Bryant responded immediately to our call and was here about an hour. later. He quickly identified and then located the necessary part, which, fortunately, was in stock not far from our home. With the new part, the toilet is now working great and we avoided having to get a new one. We also had Bryant snake a troublesome drain while he was here. He was a friendly and courteous throughout, and his obvious expertise gave us full confidence. We will certainly call and ask for him for our future plumbing needs.

Matt H. Sudden water leaks in your home is never a good thing. Matt H. Made a stressful situation a very pleasant experience. He assessed the situation, inspected, explained and put me at ease on a Sunday morning. Scheduling was easy, Matt was fast in getting to me and I will definitely be calling them back soon.

We have used Reddi Services for HVAC and plumbing, since we bought our house back in 2018.

Thanksgiving 2025, I went to put groceries in our garage freezer and found our hot water tank was leaking. Turned out the unit had gone bad (for being almost 5 years old). The unit was replaced by the manufacturer under warranty and the plumbing connections were updated.

The week after Thanksgiving 2025, our heater wasn’t working. We called for an appointment and it was diagnosed that our HVAC was out of refrigerant which was causing stress on the compressor and the capacitor was starting to wear out, and there was a refrigerant leak! Chris S. was polite, professional, and answered all of our questions to help us determine if we wanted to do the repairs or a full unit replacement. At the end of the day, although costly, we decided to do a new HVAC unit for peace-of-mind and comfort.

I am so pleased with Matt Mattox and if I needed air conditioning work again i definitely would ask for him.He was very kind and polite. Reddi Services always comes through, shows up quickly and on time. They never try to over or upcharge for unnecessary services. Technicians Matt H. and Alejandro were very thorough and did a great job.

Chris did a great job installing my leak detector. Ran into a few issues, but didn't let that stop him. He was professional and informative. Would highly recommend.

We have used Reddi for years and loved them. Christian came today to do our yearly plumbing and HVAC inspection and he was great. He was on time, friendly, and left all of the areas he was in super clean. We feel very lucky to have found this company!

Matt H did a great job diagnosing and servicing the AC unit. He kept us notified about the process and communicated well. The service took until the next day due to the need to procure a part, but Matt H fulfilled his promise to work on it first thing in the morning. He provided great service overall for this job. It was a big job with a big price tag, but we feel like the price was good regardless. Thank you!

Bryant Laffarga came out tonight, we had a clog in the check valve. He was professional courteous and very friendly. We put our call in at 8:30 PM and we were taken care of by 9:30PM including the 30 minute drive. This was easily a 5 star experience! Very reasonable

Backed up Septic Tank - technician Marco Prieto came to our home in Litchfield Farms within a couple hours of my call. He diagnosed our issue pretty fast with his down hole camera. He was not in a rush and went above and beyond doing little extra things to show/teach me some things about my septic system . Very grateful. I will likely be using Reddi services to pump out my septic. Thanks again Marco!

I got a quote for a soft start assist from the company I had a service contract. Even with their included "member benefits" and a "credit" for them incorrectly putting on a hard start assist on, it felt high, so I reached out to Reddi to get a quote. Chris G was out to the house in a matter of days to give me an estimate with and without adding the Reddi service contract, which were both less than the "deal" I was previously offered. Since it is a "newer" thing going into systems, Chris made a point of coming out to do the install himself.

Unlike my previous HVAC service provider, I don't feel pressured and sold to every time I talk to them. It's simply them trying to make sure my HVAC and plumbing work like they're supposed to.
