Jack took my call today. Agreed to come see my Sub-Zero which is 30+ years old and making screeching groaning noises. He showed up late in the day, as he had predicted, cleaned it out, evaluated it, and determined that all I needed was a new fan motor, not a new compressor, and he had the part in his truck. Installed that and only charged me for the part, the service call, and his labor -- which all total was WAY LESS than other companies were going to charge me just to come make "their own diagnosis." AND my refrigerator/freezer is working like the great piece of equipment it is! THANK YOU, JACK.
