My service representative was great located and attended to the issue quickly there is improvement with the issue but still not making ice like it was previously do I need to adjust the temperature tech did find ice build up and corrected

The experience we had with our Technician Franklin was top notch. He was a subject matter expert and took the utmost precaution when repairing our Refrigerator!

Franklin was super friendly and answered all my questions about the ice-maker, without no hesitation.

Franklin, Aiden & another helper were both kind & professional. Franklin got on the phone with Bosch to get more inside help with this long continued problem with the ice maker. A problem that two other companies could not fix. I should see ice this afternoon! Hurray!!

Washer checked out okay no water problem found . He explained drain hose may have been the problem.

Miguel came out to inspect our washing machine, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment he arrived, he was courteous, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He also called to let us know he was on his way and he was on time, which we truly appreciate. He took the time to explain what was going on with the machine and offered helpful advice...you could tell he genuinely cared. It’s rare to find someone so skilled and personable—thank you, Miguel, for your excellent service!

I'm very pleased with the repair of my LG Refrigerator. Had to have the compressor replaced. Franklin was reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly technicians. He addressed all of my questions and concerns completely. A pleasure to have in my home. Glad to have my fridge working again. Would definitely recommend Franklin with Doctor Appliance to others!

1 star for the company 5 stars for Aiden…Had an hard time getting through to a company with a number in Tennessee, when I am in AZ….they just didn’t answer, or call back, third call I finally got a human…Then …After 3 visits …Aiden arrived and knew what needed to be done and got the job done !

Gentleman was polite and professional. He was accurate and quick. Accessed the problem quickly. We were very pleased with the service call.

Miguel, our service tech, arrived on time, was able to quickly determine why the dryer was not heating, and he had the part needed on his truck. Miguel called when he was on his way to tell us when he would arrive. Doctor appliance was originally scheduled for a Thursday but they were able to call us and move it up to Tuesday. Outstanding service and highly recommended.
