Very approachable spoke well and clear.

Good - unless you want electricity. Then you may have to go a week at a time without it.

Here’s the thing. The install was great, the and I feel good about the engagement we had in that it made me feel confident in what we were buying.

Then the controller started flipping the breaker. There’s a short somewhere - we are locked into a solar plan from SRP and they are all super expensive (because they assume you’re using solar).

But our solar isn’t on, the controller won’t notify us when it goes offline because it has no power, and while it’s offline we have no solar.

Here’s the crap part; Fox Solar doesn’t support the equipment, and the company that does can’t be out here for A WEEK.

So, a week without solar. In August. In Phoenix. On a solar plan that charges us a ton for using the grid. Thank god we didn't go with Fox Valley for the property without a grid.

Buyer beware. If I had known this, I would not have purchased from fox solar.

Very unprofessional!

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Fox Valley Electric wired our panel for industrial equipment but used the wrong gauge wire, which caused a total failure and left us without power for a week. This error cost us significant downtime and revenue. To fix their mistake, they had to rewire the entire job, yet they still demanded payment for the initial faulty work. Despite spending thousands with them as a loyal customer, they resorted to harassing us over $500 instead of taking accountability for their poor workmanship. Avoid this company if you value quality and professionalism.
