Hire this company. Fatima was efficient and helpful every step of the way from bid to dig. The gentlemen that came out were professional and paid attention to detail, catching a few mistakes made during the prior layout. Awesome customer service from top to bottom. Thanks for restoring a bit of faith in the construction industry!

It was a great experience using this company to dig our pool. They were instrumental in helping set the elevation of the pool in a very sloped back yard... The operator was like an artist sculpting as de dug. I highly recommend using this company

Great job, Fatima and Justin were super helpful and pointed out a design issue after reading the plans that was able to be corrected before they started! Dig was determined to be a hard dig after they started but was not as bad as originally thought, so Justin called to lower my bill. Very professional and trustworthy company, well done Imperial Escavating!

I had a GREAT experience with Imperial! I called them for my pool dig, as I am working with BYOP. They were so responsive, and even offered ideas on how I could save money on my total cost. They were on time and very professional!

I can't expressed how pleased we are with the service. The employees were respectful, and nice. The job was amazing and we are 1000% satisfied. Highly recommended.

This is a great company. They were responsive, attentive to detail, on time and did exactly what they said they would in exactly the amount of time they said it would take. We had them do a partial pool removal with fill in. The crew was friendly, answered all questions and even removed a few unwanted small palm tree clusters and extra concrete while they were out.

The company did a great job in removing my swimming pool. They answered every question, did exactly what they said they would, and cleaned up like 15 truckloads of dirt never happened. Even my wife was happy, which is not easy to do.

Thank you very much Imperial Excavating ! We could not be any happier with the outcome of the excavation that you and your team completed for our home. Since the excavation the progress of our pool project has been moving along very smoothly and it all started with you :-).

Imperial Excavating LLC were very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to remove our pool and fill it within 2 days. If we had other excavating projects we would use them again for sure.

Justin was awesome! Doing Owner Build pool in Arizona while living in California. Pricing was lowest of 3 bids. Justin was very helpful and gave a list of recommended subcontractors as well. Pool dig took 3 full days due to limited access ( mini bobcat and mini backhoe) and size of pool 728 sq ft. , but everything went off without any issues! Definitely would recommend and use again.

I used Imperial for my owner build pool in April of 16. I sent bids out to a number of excavators. Most just sent me a quick email giving me a price. Justin was the only one who called back and asked a number of questions to make sure things were going to work right.

When his crew came out they went out of their way to make sure the dig was according to specifications. They did a perfect job.

Then when it was clean up time they did their best to clean up the mess. One guy was even nice enough to spray down the neighbor kids with the hose. The kids loved it.

Its scary doing an owner build and not knowing if you are getting quality work. With Imperial you don't have to have that fear; they are going to do it right. Use them.

I could not be more pleased with this company. The demolition of my pool was professionally handled. I was kept informed of all work and needs for change of plans. They responded quickly to questions and any minor concerns. They handled everything that was needed from the permit, electric disconnect and planning. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend it.

Justin and team were amazing. They were patient throughout a difficult process with the city and were ready to go when it was resolved. The work was an enormous Gym pool excavation and they did the work quickly and neatly so that we could keep our business open. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism.

All of the people at the company were a pleasure to interact with. The office staff was courteous and efficient. My main contact Warner, who leads the team, was amazing. His team Kevin, Steven, Chilo and Fermin did a great job removing a buried pool that was discovered at our newly purchased property. They hauled away extra debris, gravel, concrete, and trash that was buried on the property in addition to the pool. They graded the yard, cleaned up all mess and sprayed the back patio at the end. These men did a spectacular job. Thank you!

I am in the process of building my own pool, and had several bids provided by BYOP. After doing additional research on the excavating process I came across Imperial Excavating and I am glad I did. I was given a reasonable quote, not the lowest, but reasonable. I tried to get Imperial to come check out my job prior to making my decision, however due to how busy they were they could not. The main reason I wanted them to come out is because the company with the lowest bid came out after I spoke to Imperial, and after reviewing my job the actually doubled their bid. With all bids the quote will be based on not having a hard dig. Well in the end I did have a hard dig, but even after the hard dig the cost was still not as high as some of the other bids. I spoke to a pool contractor that I know and he told me even the increase in the hard dig cost was still 40 to 50% below what other Excavators would have charged. In the end they did an amazing job and left the job site as clean as when they came. Last but not least, they came on time everyday, responded to all of my calls and questions, and were true professionals. I am glad I went with the reviewers recommendation on this process.

The pool removal was done quickly and professionally. The crew on site was responsive to issues and went above and beyond in this job. My sincere appreciation to all involved. I also want to mention the office employee Fatima Soteno who was very helpful and relayed communications in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for pool removal.

Imperial Excavating removed an old pool from my back yard. I had never needed this type of work done and they were great to deal with; responsive in the quote process, timely and professional in the demo action. Even though this was a messy 3-day job they left my yard as tidy as possible each night. I'm very pleased with hiring Imperial Excavating to do this job and happy to recommend them.

Imperial did an outstanding job removing the swimming pool at my home and refilling the excavated area with dirt for purposes of landscaping. I was particularly impressed by its clear, prompt communications, responsiveness to my questions and professionalism both prior to and during the work. The company did exactly what it said it would and Justin, who is outstanding, thoughtfully resolved any-and-all obstacles discovered along-the-way. In short, if you're reading this review to compare excavating companies, read no more, Imperial is the real-deal. I'm very happy with my decision to have the company work on my home. I very highly recommend it.
