A skilled contractor that can tackle complex projects. Very good quality work.

good management, quality work. have recommended him to several friends.

In all interactions with Mikko Pasanan and Miko LLC, professionalism and expertise have been remarkable!

Efficient, helpful, well-mannered, clean. and honest. If you accidentally leave a dime on the counter, it will still be there after they leave.

Miko and his staff did a great job correcting the problems and painting our second floor deck that was built by a previous horrible contractor.

Always flexible with schedule and quality work

On time and his work is excellent. I will have him fix anything that is needed at my house and when we are ready to remodel kitchen and bathrooms, Moko is the only contractor I will call.

Honest. Reliable. Competent. On budget. On time.

Miko LLC did a great job repairing wooden beams, sealed stucco cracks and repainting entire exterior of house. Clean, punctual, and polite. Great crew!

MOKO LLC is working with us on our project in Cave Creek, AZ. The company is one of the best I have worked with --- excellent in all aspects of work, responsive, and responsible. I can recommend Miko LLC without any reservation.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Mikko and his team. They did a complete renovated a condo in Scottsdale for us. (2 bathrooms, ceilings, kitchen, flooring, painting) Excellent finishing and easy to work with. (even though I might not always be) Also had many helpful suggestions.

After the reno was completed, we were out of town, and the unit below called to say they could hear running water. With no-one else to call, Mikko had a guy go check it out for us on a Saturday. I would highly recommend Miko LLC for your next job.

We have had a number of jobs done for us by Mikko Pasanen of Miko LLC.

Perhaps the one requiring the most creativity and skill was remodeling our next-to-the-master-bedroom spa-with-hot-tub and stone work into a very nice and comfortable art studio with cabinets, sink, and its own heating and cooling system.

We worked out the details together, and the work was done beautifully — even more so than we had imagined — and on time, by workers who were a real pleasure to have around.

Every time we have hired Miko LLC for a remodel or repair job, it’s been the same story: The work was done right, on time, and with minimal mess. And Mikko is a treat to know.

Would we recommend Miko LLC? Of course!

We needed help with a roof leak. Mikko came out personally and evaluated the problem with the leak, shared what he saw with us, and did the work the next day. We were very pleased with his promptness, professionalism, and the timely completion of the work. We would recommend his company to anyone that has problems with leaks, or repairs that need to be done. Jerry Austin
