Disappointed in Two Hawks’ Quality and Customer Service

I’m not the original owner of the home—purchased it 2.5 years after construction. The previous owners maintained it impeccably, but despite that, the house (only 5 years old) had severe ceiling cracking due to what multiple experts concluded was poor design and materials. The repair cost exceeded $25,000. When we reached out to Two Hawks Construction for basic background on the construction or design, they never responded—not to calls, not to emails. Zero accountability.

The second issue came when we wanted to update the landscaping before listing the home. Our new architect asked for a few standard documents (typically free or under $500). Two Hawks wanted $2,500. It felt more like a shake-down than a reasonable request.

In my opinion, this company plays the short game. Their designs may look appealing at first glance, but they recycle the same aesthetic repeatedly, and their post-construction support is nonexistent. If you’re expecting craftsmanship, thoughtful design, or long-term value—look elsewhere.
