Was very please that they answered there phone and Mark (the owner) answered all my question. Scheduling was easy and showed up on time for said appointment. Mark and his crew respected our home during the cleaning process. We were more then supprised with the results being that our pets did a number on the carpets. There like new again. Also there was no bait and switch when it came to pricing. What he quoted up front is what we paid! We definitely recommend HSI and have already set up a future appointment to get our driveway and pool area power washed!

Hospitality Services Inc. provides excellent service and care for our kitchen hood for since we opened in 2013. They always call us in advance to work with our busy schedule here at North Mountain Brewing Company. I don't have to worry about scheduling our quarterly hood cleaning maintenance as they do this automatically plus the level of professionalism is top notch.
