Great service! The owner is very kind and even was willing to help a neighbor unload a pallet with a forklift! Will definitely be buying carpet from them in the future!

McFarland's did an excellent job on cleaning, repairing a 1" hole and rebinding my hand woven Persian carpet. We brought it by plane from Hawaii to Phoenix (visitng relatives) so had a tight turnaround time. McFarland's did the job in a timely manner and the work was excellent. The carpet looks like new. It was its first bath since we purchased it 23 years ago!
