We have been with Empire for at least 20 years, and we have been completely satisfied with their performance! In 2019, my AC died, literally burned up! We were warned for many years from every technician that came out to service us from Empire. Well, it was time... time to get a complete overall! We had the entire system installed, including all duct work, and installation of the special filter to help me with my allergies! They even put in another register to pump some of the heat out of the master ensuite, so that we could regulate the AC better in that room!
The entire team that work on the installation were beyond skilled and very informative! My monthly electric bill has dropped by approximately 45%, after having the new AC installed! We couldn't be happier, and have referred friends to Empire, because we are so pleased!

I've been doing business with Empire for at least 5 years. They are prompt and courteous, and do an excellent job. All their work is professional and long lasting, and they don't try to sell me anything I don't need. I'm on their regular maintenance program for my HVAC system and it's been well worth it. My AC is always running like a top. I recommend Empire; they're the best!

Empire may not be the cheapest, but their work is high quality and they stand behind it. Today I had a “check-up” on my a/c unit, which are included in their yearly maintenance plan. I was particularly impressed by our technician’s thoughtfulness, preparedness and timeliness. John showed up on time to the minute. When I opened the door, he had plastic baggies over his shoes to made sure he didn’t track mud in the house, and was thoughtful about Covid precautions. Having someone in the house who was medically unable to get the vaccinated, and loved ones at high risk, I deeply appreciate professionals who are willing to take precautions without me asking them to do so.

The Team at Empire Plumbing are the best. I always am treated courteous and professional. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are always on time with any appointment and explain what the problem is, what caused it and then promptly fix any problem. I have had Empire as my contractor for all my plumbing and air-conditioning need for over five (5) years and have never been disappointed with their service. I recommend them to all my family and friends when they have any plumbing issues.

Had a leak outside of our Church. Jason was very professional and got the job done. Great service.

Finally took the plunge to replace our 22 year old AC units. The Empire time provided a detailed quote and we went forward. The install team was always on time, took care to keep the house clean, and cleaned up after themselves. The install team was pleasant, answered questions, and worked our suggestions.

It was over 110 degrees and our air conditioner wasn't working or, let's say, the hot air it was putting out wasn't doing the job! Empire had been highly recommended to us by another family. I called Empire that day and the very next day our air conditioner was replaced. Fast and efficient service!!! There is a trip free, but with repairs the trip fee was eliminated. The total charges were appropriate. We are very happy with the service and will definitely use Empire in the future.

Dustin was extremely professional and went over and beyond to assist us with the issue. Dustin deserves much kuddos for climbing the roof to see where the leak was coming from. He aimed to resolve the problem and worked diligently to help. My son was very impressed with his work and trying to fix the problem at his home. We have called Empire 2X now and my son is very pleased with their work and being on time and respectful. We give them 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Appointment was open between 8am-12pm, and Dean arrived about 9:45. He quickly assessed the issue and replaced the capacitor in the AC unit and was gone within an hour of arriving.
Can't ask for much more!

Jason arrived on time and was very thorough in trying to determine the source of our water leak. Although he was not able to locate the source, he described every step he was going to take prior to performing any work and he provided his rationale to ensure there were no surprises. I appreciated his candor and honesty.

Had a new drain assembly installed in a bathroom sink and a hot water heater flush. Jason was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. He double checked his work before he left to make sure there was no leaks. Great service.

I have had a service contract with Empire since 2011. I have consistently received professional, knowledgeable and timely service. Emergency calls have been responded to quickly! Addendum to.prior post. AC unit stopped cooling on 9/12/21. Called and scheduled service at 9:00am on 9/13. Dean V. arrived on time and have my unit up and running within 30 minutes. He is friendly and. always provides pertinent information.

These guys are amazing! I called in a pinch. No one ever has ac issues on a cool day. They got right out and treated us with respect and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Jason and crew!

Hands down the best company in Phoenix. Professional, courteous and prompt this company has always been there for my family. Hot Water Heater, AC and plumbing emergencies typically addressed in the same day. You also want to hop in on their service plan - can't beat it!!

John is great. Very thorough and professional. Just had an AC maintenance check and he was awesome. Dan has come here the past few times and he is punctual, professional and very knowledgeable.
