Amazing Place always have what I need if not they find a way to get the job done
-
Great variety of a/c and cooler parts. They rarely don't have what I need, and when they don't I can usually pick up at another one of their many locations.
-
Always very helpful and have the parts that you need all the time. They also give free seminars for individuals or companies looking to train their employees.

Doug is the guy.
Knowledgeable and courteous, he answered my questions about a capacitor and contactor. In addition, he can make you feel better on an already good day.
Highly recommend this location. I'll be pointing the electrical contractors who build my projects to head his way!

These five stars are because of the deer valley location.
This is not the deer valley location unfortunately.

Cody took my call like 5-6 times and was super awesome. I really enjoy the staff here. They are laid back, love their job, but are still on top of everything.
-
Great place to get your Fireplace, knowledgeable staff and plenty of Designs to choose from, they have a showroom displaying the units, free parking on the Eastside.
-
Excellent service, great variety of HVAC products. If they don't have what you're looking for they will help you find it. Very professional and courteous. Bonus is you can get free soda and popcorn.

Long slow moving line, but good guys and they had what I needed

Store is fairly neat and well organized. Personnel are friendly.

They mostly sell to HVAC contractors. Most of what I need I have to buy from a contractor. They only sell a few select items to individuals. Too bad the plumbing section of the company sells to the public. They carry top of the line products.

The employee who sits at the far right of the left counter (I don’t know her name) is consistently rude and unprofessional.
I came in recently looking for a part I had simply overlooked on the shelf. When I asked if they carried it, she snapped at me, pointed sharply, and barked, “It’s right there!” The tone was so abrupt and hostile that I was genuinely shocked.
A coworker who flew in from out of state to help on the same job later told me he had the exact same negative experience with her. At first I gave her the benefit of the doubt and wondered if she might be neurodivergent, but I watched her be perfectly pleasant and helpful to every other customer who came in after me. So it clearly wasn’t a bad day or a disability, it was just directed at me for no apparent reason.
I now avoid her counter completely.
Heads up to everyone else: if you get her, expect short, rude service. Just manage your expectations before you walk in. -
Arrived to a line of techs waiting to be helped all while several people behind the counter where standing with their mouth open watching tv, 1 of the girls took forevwe gwtting ready to help anyone, i was looking for adapters to which they offered no help/ insight as to what i needed, she simply pointed to a wall, perhaps they dont have enough knowledge in what they sell and offer.
