We want to thank Howard Air and specifically Ariel (tech), Junior (sales) and the installation team for their support and hard work in early September at our primary home. They quickly identified our AC issue and then worked with us to find new units that would fit our needs and price range. The installation was executed the next day flawlessly and professionally. Fernando gave us excellent service on our heating service. He was prompt, knowledgeable and even vacumed the floor when he was finished in case there was any insulation on the floor. Highly recommend.

Alejandro Farias was knowledgeable, pleasant, professional and very helpful. He thoroughly answered my questions and checked to ensure that our system was in good working order. He also showed videos of all of the components that were checked. There were no additional costs incurred today.

The service technicians were timely, thorough, and polite. They showed me some options for improving my system and pricing as well as provided inspections of my HVAC system.

We had Cody come out for our annual service for our HVAC, he was super nice and informative. He did give us some suggestions for future services. Thank you Cody for being an awesome Tech!

Raymond Gonzalez did an outstanding job with a HVAC check. He has a great personality, does a very thorough inspection and explains the results thru pics and in writing. A+ visit!

Yet another great experience with Howard Air ...this time with Melvin, who has serviced our 3 units several times now. Today was an HVAC maintenance visit to make sure the heating systems are optimally working. He is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I don't know what it is, but Howard Air sure knows how to find and train the best techs. Nothing but good things to say about this company and Melvin. Thank you!

Fernando, the Howard Air technician, arrived on time, was neatly dressed, wore shoe covers while in the house, asked if we had any concerns, explained what he was doing as well as the results, and made recommendations (but was not pushy about it). We are very pleased with the services (A/C check, heat check, plumbing check) that Howard Air has performed to date. We are getting a good value with our maintenance contract.

We were very pleased with our service from Howard Air. Our tech Gabriel Figueroa was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as he took the time to explain the steps he was taking for the maintenance of our HVAC unit.

I always use Howard Air and they never disappoint. My unit was not functioning. Howard Air sent a technician named Hayden to my place right away. Hayden is very professional as well as knowledgeable.

Howard Air upgraded all our HVAC units 15 years ago. They continue to provide excellent maintenance, service and advice on our systems. Very professional and organized and I would highly recommend them!

Had our 6-month HVAC checkup today. Technician Fred Heimstra was courteous, professional, punctual, and very thorough. Everything went smoothly and he explained things clearly. Great service!

We had an issue with one of our heaters. Gabriel Figueroa was our excellent technician. He came out the same day I called and found the issue. Howard Air has kept our HVAC working at peak performance.

We are quite happy with Howatd Air and technician Raymond did a great job. He was very thorough and explained his work to us. After he was done with our system check, we felt very confident that all was well.

Jovanny came out today to conduct HVAC maintenance inspection. He was prompt & very very professional. He did a thorough inspection & explained everything he did so that I understood. His professionalism very much stood out & Howard Air should be very proud to have him on their team!

Howard Air has always been a great service co. to work with. Jovanny, the tech was thorough w/our bi-annual AC service. He provided a comprehensive overview of the unit & recommendations. The unit is functioning but forsee it will need to be replaced. We received a proposal to replace the unit & brand/options which we are reviewing. We trust Howard Air & the services they provide.

Our commercial location required an emergency AC repair late at night on a weekend. After being turned down by a dozen other service providers, Howard Air's team was the ONLY one willing to help. David was quick, professional, and communicative, and had the unit repaired by midnight so we could open our store the next morning. I highly recommend Howard Air.

Diego was a very nice and knowledgeable technician. He called in advance with an exact ETA and communicated very clearly what he had done before he left. Howard Air is an excellent company who we have depended on for many years.

Cody Shipp with Howard Air came and did our yearly maintenance and he was great. He explained everything he would be doing and then how everything was working when he was done. He was friendly and professional. Great experience, would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Howard Air. They come twice a year with my annual plan to service my AC and keep it running at peak performance. Their technicians are always very courteous. Hayden came today and he made it a point to cover his shoes and keep me updated on his progress. And then he summarized the inspection before he left. Very efficient!
