With no notice these guys came out and took care of the problem (a loose high voltage wire that melted components). They were honest, professional, and reasonable. Completely recommend.

These guys are great! Woke up to a water bubble on my hallway ceiling and dripping on the floor, turns out the unit in the attic was clogged and overflowing! These guys came out same day and took care of it no problem! Excellent service!

Brandon from Island Breeze Air came out to fix my AC. It’s hard to get five star service. But I believe that’s what he gave. He was friendly, knowledgeable, informative, answered all my questions, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Called Island Breeze on Friday about 4.30 and they had Brandon out the next morning. They were fair and easy to work with. It was a pleasure and I would recomend.

Called Island Breeze at 8am on a Monday morning after our AC went out during the weekend. They had a technician out who fixed the issue within two hours. Originally called Goettl AC who installed the system for us a couple years ago and were told they couldn’t be out until Thursday. Thank you Island Breeze, great company and service.

Had them out to perform a semi-annual inspection. The technician they sent out completed a thoroughly detailed inspection after testing voltages, pressures, temperatures, etc and came back with some recommendations. He was able to perform them same day, and I now have the confidence that the system will continue performing well. I will use them from now on for my AC needs.

Island Breeze has been my go to for all things Air Conditioning for many years now. I am a homeowner and the most dreaded thing about home ownership is having problems with your air conditioner. For a few call outs, the owner of the company worked with me, to keep my old original unit running, because even though a replacement was recommended, there was no way I could swing it at the time. When the unit finally gave out, Island Breeze was my first call. Once again I was in over my head and I needed an expert I could trust to steer my decision making in the right direction. Recently when it seemed like the unit stopped making condensation l called Island Breeze straight away because I know I can trust them to fix my problems quickly and efficiently, saving me money.

I love this company. Brandon was great! Came out same day. Fast, efficient and honest. I always feel like they are being straightforward and not pushing extras. Second time using them. Will stick with them in the future for sure.

I am so impressed with their services. Last time they came here to check the status of our air conditioning and they told our property manager about the issue. They sent technician again to fix the problem that I didn’t know that was the problem. Now the air conditioner is not as noisy as before and they even educated me how to use the air conditioning the right way. The technician Delan and Mario are both great at their jobs. The company is so professional to text me the confirmation of the appointment and text me the reminder one day before the appointment and Tex me again that they are on their way to my house. I just moved from Taiwan to Arizona two years ago and I feel these texts reminds me about my home town and I love it. I feel they care about me and their jobs.

The scheduling process was seamless, and their technician, Hayden, arrived right on time. They conducted a thorough inspection, explained the issues clearly, and provided me with MULTIPLE options for repairs and replacements. I really appreciated their transparency and lack of pressure. What truly sets Island Breeze apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. A few days later, they followed up to ensure everything was running smoothly and that I was completely satisfied with their work!!!
