We had a wonderful experience with our service call. The rep Ideal was extremely knowledgeable and a straight shooter. He will tell you like it is and honest about it. I would highly recommend them.

Local Roots is the only company I trust and use. We’ve used them for everything HVAC, drain lines, and today they replaced our hot water heater. Super fast response and outstanding communication. Not only on time but early, with a text to let us know they were on their way. Kolten was extremely professional and explained the whole process from start to finish. He left the job site cleaner than he found it and made sure to run several quality checks before he left.

You will not find a better value in this industry than Local Roots. You can always find cheaper, but if you want it done right the first time, every time, call them.

One of our units was blowing warm when we woke up on a 100+ degree Sunday morning and figured we were out of luck until at least Monday. We took a shot and reached out to Local Roots, they responded immediately and had someone out within a couple of hours. Our technician, Ideal, was very knowledgeable, he quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor and had us blowing cold again in no time for a great price. We didn’t know what to expect when we made the call, but came away totally satisfied and thinking that this is a great company, so much so that we signed up for their service plan while the technician was here and we look forward to having them out periodically to keep our units maintained and blowing cold going forward! Highly recommended!

Ideal showed up in such great spirits at the end of a Friday, and I know he was on his way home when he got the call. Local Roots should be honored to have such an outstanding worker. He figured out the problems very quick and was able to resolve. His spirit helped put me in a great mood. Keep it up, great job!!

I’ve used Local Roots (former Hays Heating) since 2008. They have taken care of us very well. They are honest, Professional in every way. I have all system’s maintained twice a year. Heating and Cooling. Also maintains our tankless hot water heater.

Ideal from local roots is my go to guy.

I had an absolute mess of a plumbing in my front yard to which Colton and team came out and completely redid my plumbing to make it more efficient, And up-to-date. They were super friendly, explained to everything, and pricing was extremely reasonable. I will absolutely be utilizing them again

Dave Holland was a rockstar. He fixed our system got the heat going again and then took the time to walk us through setup and Wi-Fi and all of the things to make sure the system worked properly for us and our devices. We had a new HVAC system installed in the home we purchased 5.5 years ago, but no one was able to find the issues we were having until “Local Roots” came to do our routine bi-annual service. Unfortunately, the ductwork was installed incorrectly by the former company. Dave identified the issue, and Jordan returned in a couple of days to fix it. Great owners and employees!!

We just had Local Roots to our house for a maintenance appointment. Our tech. Ideal, was great. He took his time to clean everything and showed us the before and after pics. Most importantly, he didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. We will be changing our service contract to Local Roots.

I tried a new a/c company
for a tune up. Local Roots a/c & plumbing.
They were great. I was updated as to when my service tech would arrive and met a/c tech, Ideal.
He did a very thorough inspection & tested everything & gave me an
update on how everything is doing in the attic and unit on side of house.
We appreciated his step by step analysis relayed to me in a way I can understand.
Ideal has a great positive, can do attitude I have not seen in a long time.
He also knows his stuff!!!
They have a great & reasonable maintenance program I am now a part of .
